The service was decent. Car looked good. They tried to upsell on a lot of things which I can dismiss as to be expected on a deal - imminent risk of tearing in leather upholstery in 3 yr old car... that sort of thing. Where I had issue was their response to having lost a garage remote in the process of cleaning. I had accidently left the remote in the car for the service and noticed it had been lost as soon as I returned home that evening and called right away. I got a disinterested response on that first call, the guy had gone home for night, they didn't know, etc, but a commitment that would call me the next day after the man who had serviced my call was back in. No call. I called that afternoon, "well, we didn't call because he doesn't remember seeing anything." I asked they look again as kindly as possible and asked to see if turned up. Again no call, so I call and check and dismissed again as supposedly didn't find. I can understand the accident of losing in the process (and I know lost there as I live in place where I need the opener to get both out and in so I had it en route to QAR) but there dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism in not even returning my calls as they prosed was issue. I still have my doubts they even looked but instead had to buy a new building remote. Based on their handling I will not return.

Dropped the car off on Saturday morning and picked it up Monday evening. Very satisfied with the work AZ did - 7 year old car looks brand new. I had a Groupon to use for the detailing, but decided to have the extra repair work done and avoid an insurance claim for damage from an accident. Overall, I'm very happy with the work AZ performed and would definitely use them again.

Took my rare, first owner 1997 BMW M3 Sedan in for detailing. AZ and his crew gave it extra special care handling. During the walk around, his discerning eye found several dings, nicks and blemishes that I hadn?t even noticed before. Knowing my interest in maintaining this classic auto in excellent condition and keeping it for many more years, he informed me that QAR is also a body shop and showed me pictures of other classic and/or sports cars they have worked on. By the time they were finished with it, they had all of the body panels, wheels, leather seats, interior finishes, floor mats and windshield looking as if the car just rolled off the assembly line in the Regensburg plant. Their touch up paint was an exact match to the unique factory-original body color. I had another car detailed there, and their cleaning and polishing are fantastic, and I highly recommend QAR?s body shop whether you need to have a classic sports car updated, or any car repaired after an unfortunate accident.

The car was very clean and nicely detailed after the job. They also did a great job on repairing the tear in the drivers side seat.

The service was excellent and I would work with them again.

I have already purchased the deal, but have yet to schedule the service.

asked if they could keep the car overnight, but was further delayed the next day, they did however do additional work no charge

I wasnt able to use the deal before I had to move out of the country. I dont understand however, how they didnt have an idea on the times I had submitted to them as far as requested dates for service. This experience wasnt good or bad.

They were very thorough from the tires to the engine. I was impressed with how good the van looked.

The service was professional. They price was fair - I am a tough judge and always look for a deal, so I did not give them an A, but the price was pretty competitive. The work they did was really good. The interior had a "wow" factor - I did not realize how dirty it really was before the detailing. And the exterior shine was really good, and I was impressed with the scratches they were able to remove.

They don't respond to email appointments. The quality of work was very good, but they could use some improvement in customer service.

Terrible. First, they took 3 days to do this work which was excessive. The coupon is a joke because the want to up charge you for everything. They said there was "extra work" to clean the leather upholstery which was some superficial dirt on the passenger seat which I can wipe off with a damp cloth. They charged me $90 to put one screw in the bumper where it had become unattached from bumping into a parking space block--I later learned from another mechanic that service should have been "thrown in" as just a courtesy and took about 5 minutes to do. The $150 headlight restoration was worthless---I didn't expect a miracle, but it didn't make a difference. Took it to another mechanic who did a great job. I would never recommend these guys.

Did a wonderful job of cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. I was not thrilled with the hard sell to do additional services. That being said, I did have them detail my back bumper and driver's side door that had chips in the paint and they did a very good job.The reason I would not use them again is they are too far away from my home.

We bought the $99 Big Deal for this detailing, and called them to set up an appointment. The first available appointment was 5 weeks out...pretty disappointing that we had to wait so long. We brought in the car, and they inspected it. Probably no surprise, but their goal is to upsell customers having the detailing package. They offered to fix some dents on the body, and repair the upholstery split. This is a 14-year old car, so we don't worry much about the exterior bumps, but we wanted to repair the 3" split before it worsened. The technician quickly outlined the process, and quoted us $225 -- based on his description, it sounded like they would be re-covering the middle console piece where the split was. When we picked up the car, we were satisfied with the detailing, as the car looked nice and shiny, and clean inside. However, the upholstery work turned out to be simply a patch with a color match, so there was a bulge where the patch was done. It's possible we did not fully understand, but had the technician simply said 'we will patch this tear' and match the color, we would have thought twice about paying the $225. It looks better now, for sure, but we felt like they were less than clear with us during their upsell process.

I had my BMW detailed at QAR and I am so happy with the work that I can't help writing a very positive Yelp review! The detail price was very low compare to the competition. Upon arrival they inspected the car with me and found a number of d**** all over the body, along with a ?key job? that I was aware of, write in the hood of the car! They told me that they had a wet sanding process that along with a paint touch up, could help eliminate the ugliness of the scratches. The price they quoted above the known detail charge was only a few dollars higher than an expensive detail work would cost, and therefore, I approved it. When the job was done, the key scratches were simply gone!! The d**** were expertly covered, and the detail work inside and out was impeccable! In fact, the key scratch were treated so well, that I will not need a paint job! The owners were courteous and professional. They even gave me a ride to a nearby shopping center from where I could work more comfortably at any of the coffee shops or restaurants in the area. The car was delivered to me in mint condition 30' minutes earlier than expected. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely do business with again, as needed.

Did a good job. However, did not point out to me that there was rust on front quarter panel. (I need to have that addressed before winter sets in.) However, I found a lower price from same detailer on line. (I had expected that Angie's List would have the best price available.)

They did a horrible job! The brake dust was still on tires, there were drip marks in the center console, the back window was not vacuumed out, and there are still leaves from last year under where I pop the trunk. I will never be using this company again! I feel like I got taken advantage of, and that the quality of work was not at all worth the price.

I bought the coupon in February but I ended up getting sick, having surgery, etc. so by the time I called QAR they only had availability after the expiration date. AZ, the man who talked with me, said he would still honor the coupon so I set a date. When I arrived I didn't know it would take so long (3-5 hrs.) and I live in Chicago so when they realized I would have to wait they proceded with my car quickly. It was finished in about 31/2 hours. Freida, the office manager, and KC, the owner, were very welcoming. The waiting area is in the office area. I was given suggestions for lunch places and so I was able to walk to lunch. The time passed quickly. When AZ gave me my car, he helped me inspect it inside and out and everything looked great. In fact it looked better than when I bought it. My car is 6 yrs. old. It was a very good experience and I plan on returning after winter to have some painting done and the engine cleaned. I wholeheartedly recommend QAR

I didn't know where the shop was located when I bought it. It was too far away for me. When I called them, they were very nice and understanding about it, and directed me to contact Angie's List for a replacement or refund. I would use them if they were closer to my home.

I called them today to make an appointment and the soonest they could get my car in will be 5 weeks from now, who would wait 5 weeks to have there car detailed, first rip off. The second rip-off is that on Angie's List they reference McHenry County in IL and the facility is located in Glenview and if I am correct this town is in Cook county VERY far from Mchenry County... This is a bad representation of a discount deal and one that Angie's list should be ashamed off...

Angie's List reached out to me to see if the company had been in contact with me and I said no. The company's only available appointments were in September and I needed the car detailed sooner.

This was a fine experience. They not only did the detailing but he also did some auto body repair. He took out some dents in my car. They were very pleasant as well. I was very satisfied with them. The car looked beautiful when they were finished. KC was a very nice person and very accomodating with my schedule.

They did an excellent job on my BMW. I was preparing the car for sale, and sold it 1 week later, clearly benefited from the way the car looked.

QAR?s owner Asim and his team did a great detailing job, with much attention to detail! forgive the pun, but it's true, and they went the extra mile to handle some challenging salt damage to floor mats. Scheduling and follow up calls were very professional and the job was completed as promised and on time, I would recommend them very highly, Jim Stoynoff

They did a great job. Very high quality. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is usually done with these type of discounts. The owner is very friendly and takes the time to review the car, before and after. I highly recommend them.
