Description of Work: Great initial "get you in the door" price...just know that a big sales pitch on all the "extras" you can have done to your car comes with the good price. I probably spent the same total $$ as an undiscounted service somewhere else. If you (unlike me) can hold firm and decline the optional "extras", its a good value for good work.

Description of Work: the detail was fine. However, the company spent a lot of time upselling addtiojnal work when all we really wanted was a solid detail at the discounted price. We purchased additional services to the leather interior that cost a lot and didn't seem to really pop the interior the way we were promised

Description of Work: AZ was very courteous. He explained their procedure and gave me an approximate time my car would be ready. I got a call before the time I was told the car would be ready. He told me they only spend 3 hours on detailing but the car was very dirty and they completed the job in a little more than 3 hours.

Description of Work: After waiting 11 weeks to schedule a Saturday he calls and tells me I'll need to reschedule. He does not first thing in the morning as he should of done but 10:30am and I'm half way to Glenview. Sorry, that will not fly with me.

Description of Work: In addition to the excellent job of detailing the car, they removed a sizable dent and removed multiple scratches. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor.

Description of Work: I used the $100 Angie's list deal for a detailing of my car. Overall they did a good job of cleaning up the car. The one issue I have is I discovered spots on the plastic window over the speedometer. They looked like spots from liquid that wasn't wiped off. So I tried to clean it with windex and the spots didn't come off.

Description of Work: Cleaned and detailed inside and outside of car, which included upholstery, carpet, and floor mat shampooing. For additional $69, polished and touched up door edges, front wheel fender scrapes and scratches, and tiny knicks on exterior around the car. Matched paint perfectly. Very satisfied with work performed.

Description of Work: We corresponded by e-mail and I got an agreement that the "deal" would be honored and a typical cost to replace a windshield. When I got there, he said the fine print stated the discount would only be for the shop supplies. I always read the fine print and don't remember reading that so, I contacted Angie's List for a copy of the deal. I got it and it wasn't there. | |It was an hour's drive for me to get this deal of $200 worth work for $100. I agreed to let him do it because I was on my way out of town for a few days and had my family with me in the other vehicle. I called during my vacation to tell him the fine print mentions nothing about shop supplies. He then proceeded to tell me the deal doesn't cover the job because replacing a windshield is not body work. That should have been stated the first time. | |When I picked up the car, I was charged for the windshield and the labor. Shop supplies were discounted and he said I could use the balance of my deal for any future work. The receipt was marked that I'd receive another $70 off my next job. The problem with that is, I paid $100, got $30 off, have a $70 credit and my deal was supposed to be for $200 worth of work. | |The windshield is now leaking ever so slightly (not in the place where we have some rust on the roof-line) but, I won't take it back even though he guaranteed no leaks for the life of the car. It's not worth the drive and they are too unprofessional.

Description of Work: The big deal was $99. By the time all was said and done I paid a total if $249 for add on services since the detailing was really more of a good wash on the inside and wax on the outside. But my car looked great and the owner was very nice.

Description of Work: They eliminated some scratches from the back rear bumper area of my car. I thought the work was pretty good. I was pleased. They had to remove the bumper to get the section affected. I think the cost was ok - not much frame of reference. I had hoped it would be less, but don't we always?

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for auto detailing. When I arrived I was told the Big Deal only included a minimum detail job, and that they recommended several additional services which were quite pricey. I agreed to one of these, increasing the cost of the deal to $150, and the finished product was still not what I have gotten from other detail companies. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Detail of Buick Enclave...Bought big deal for 90 or 95, then paid extra 45 for SUV and an additional 30-35 to clean engine. I wasn't really sure if the engine cleaning was necessary but I have to admit it looked a lot better when they were done with it. It took a few weeks to schedule the appointment because there were no earlier openings. On the day of the detail, AZ walked around my car and made some notes. Other than the engine cleaning, he didn't recommend anything additional (car is only 2 years old). They did a great job with the interior, which was pretty dirty since the car had never been detailed, and the backseats get a lot of traffic with my kids and carpool friends. They cleaned all of the crumbs and dirt out of every groove, and it looked great when they were done.

Description of Work: QAR detailed the interior & Exterior of my car. The car looks GREAT! Came in on an Angie's List Big deal, there were several not-unexpected upcharges for vehicle size (not optional) and some minor paint dings (optional). Overall the car does look like brand new, so I am pleased!

Description of Work: The business tried to charge me additional money because my car is a subaru forester (larger than a sedan). He said the deal was for a smaller car. He ended up not charging me, but only after considerable discussion.

Description of Work: Body work including removal of dents, dings and scratches on many different locations of my SUV. They did a great job. Car looks new!
