Description of Work: I paid for a car detailing. In fairness, I had several scratches removed - it cost me over $600 more. The car looks brand new! The shop will try to sell you more than you already paid.

Description of Work: We had to make several appointments.. would arrive and they were booked for the day and we couldn't leave car overnight. Pleasant to deal with and stuck with what we purchased through the coupon. Car looked nice so no real complaints. Was a treat for our new used car.

Description of Work: The actual work was fine but I found the up selling tiresome. The person inspecting the car spent the entire time looking for things that could be added to the bill. This experience seems to be consistent with all of the Angie List special offers. I'm considering not using these promotions in the future for just this reason.

Description of Work: To call and speak with anyone takes some time. I had to leave a few messages. LADIES BEWARE!I was having my car detailed however, the man who was helping me seemed only interested in up selling additional services that were price and when I declined he got an attitude. Two or three times I stated that I just wanted the car detailed. After picking the car up I left a message asking them to call me back-----------I'm still waiting |

Description of Work: I wanted a detailing of my car before selling it. Quality Auto talked me out of it, saving me money - they could have done the detailing, which likely would not have changed the asking price. They spent a lot of time assessing the car, and even made on offer on it. I eventually sold the car elsewhere, but I appreciate the honest evaluation from Quality Auto, and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I originally scheduled a detailed of my Toyota 4-Runner. I expected they'd try to add on services, which they did. However, I had a large tear in the seat leather that kept getting worse so I agreed to have it repaired. They did a fantastic job and the seat looks like new. Oh yeah- and the detailing was excellent too!

The car looks new again. The job was performed on time and budget. They even did a little more than expected repairing a few dents that were not visible at the time of the estimate on a dirty black car without a further charge. A full body shop repair would have cost at least twice as much.
Description of Work: Repaired and painted rear bumper, paintless dent repair to several larger dents on car, restoration of headlight glass, touched up other minor dings, complete detail including engine clean.
