Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in January 2014, water everywhere, our first disaster experience in our new home. 911 did a tremendous job to mitigate the situation and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. Roy and Ronne went way above and beyond, even for a situation like this. They worked tremendously hard to ensure that we got everything dried out quickly. They inspected all of the affected areas thoroughly and made the appropriate recommendations for fixing and/or replacing carpet, pads, baseboards, etc. where needed. Each step of the way both of them made sure we understood what was happening and we were on board with what they recommended doing. | |We had one issue that they took care of without argument and at their own expense. Our kitchen floors were refinished before the wood was entirely dry which caused them to arc once they did dry. After some back and forth with State Farm about it, we came back to Roy who said, "it's our responsibility to make it right". Awesome. While it was an inconvenience to have to refinish the floors again, this response made this one of the best experiences I've had as a customer. Having a pipe burst is never going to be easy. But Roy, Ronne, and 911 went the extra mile to "make it right" every step of the way. I highly recommend them. | |This was an insurance claim and they handled it promptly and seamlessly with both us and our insurance company.

Description of Work: As before, Ronne was very nice & explained what would be done. During the process, Jr. answered more of my questions and never got frustrated with me. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I didn't end up needing the service (was able to clean the area and then paint with mold resistant paint) but I passed on the information to a friend who had a much larger mold issue and they used this company. They were delighted with the service and the price (worked with the insurance company). I don't know the final price they paid but they had checked several providers, picked this one and have passed on the information to other homeowners in case they ever need mold abatement services. The work was done quickly and professionally and everything was cleaned up and restored before they considered the job complete. I saw before and after photos and the work was impeccable!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for Mold Inspection, Mold Report and 3 Air Samples (1 Outside & 2 Inside).

Description of Work: Provider was excellent in communicating. When they visited they said we did not need this Big deal coupon as there was clearly no signs of mold. They said to get a refund for this. I requested a refund back in the last week of August but never heard a response, and later found out the e-mail with this form went to my Spam folder.

Description of Work: I called Ronne becuase I am in the process of buying a home and found out that last year the sellers had a pipe burst while they were out of town. All the repairs were done,so the damage was no longer visible. Remediation was done by a reputable firm but to make sure I had Ronne do an airborne mold test. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. We got the big deal for $199 and well worth it for piece of mind. We would use this vendor again.

Description of Work: When I noted online that I needed an inspection, I received a phone call promptly and secured an appointment at one of the times I had indicated was convenient. On appointment day, Ronne arrived on time and went about inspecting my home for mold. He was very professional in his explanation of how and why he inspected specific areas for mold. He described red flags which would alert me early of potential problems. He provided ideas on areas of my home which could use some work which would guard against any potential future moisture intrusion. | |I could not grade the quality of his work yet because the lab reports will not be available for at least 4 business days, but his visual inspection seemed very thorough and I really appreciated the tips for prevention. I think it is worth mentioning that these tips were for work that are not services provided by his company, so he had no vested interest in my performing them. In fact, they make it less likely I would need a mold remediation expert, so his tips were especially altruistic.
