I strongly recommend Mila’s Restoration and Remodeling to all family and friends. Alex is the best. He and his team are very professional and do great work. We had a pretty large water damage issue in the new house we had recently moved into, and Alex was a great partner working with the Insurance company and helping to navigate what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation. Alex and team exceeded all expectations. Alex communicates well on the status of the project daily and his team arrives when he says they will. The work was extensive and took a little over a month to complete, and there was not a single day that his guys didn’t show up when they said they would. His guys are very friendly, quick, do great work and they clean up the place very well every evening before leaving. Just one of many examples of how considerate the Mila’s team is - we have a 1-year-old daughter, and the guys were great about planning any loud work around her naps so they would be quiet and would not wake her. Alex and team are also very accountable, if something is wrong, they will make it right. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Alex and team stand above the rest. Do yourself a favor and call Mila’s for your remodeling and restoration project.

Horrible company to have remodeling anything in your home. Please be aware that this company is all about getting their money and walking away.

The project went very well. Alex made several very good recommendations given the water damage we had in our basement and coordinated the repairs very well. His team that worked at our home was great, friendly and very efficient. After the repairs were done our basement ended up even better than before the damage! I will definitely rehire them for other work I want to finish around the house.

Our office got flooded last month, Mila’s team responded to our emergency call and was able to sort it all out with our insurance agent. The project went smooth and we were able to get back working in our office in 5 days.

I had interior water damage from an ice dam/all of the chicago snow and worked with Alex and team to get the necessary repairs. The team was always on time (if not early), responsive, professional, respectful and delivered high quality work. Premier was professional and timely. They started the project right away and were in constant communication. They finished on schedule and on budget. Alex was very mindful of my concerns with this specific project and walked me through their game plan in advance in a easy to understand fashion. They produced an excellent outcome. Work was professional and timely. Ronne, the owner, oversaw every aspect of the work and the work crews were professional, pleasant and neat. Considering the difficult situation of cleaning up from a flood, addressing mold and restoring the area, it was a pleasure not to have to deal with the usual problems associated with workmen in your home as well. I would recommend them .

We came home one night to a house flooded by an overflowing faucet (my fault). We called 911 Restoration and, within 30 minutes they were at our house assessing the damage and developing a plan to deal manage clean up (this was maybe 11:00pm on a Sunday). They managed the damage expertly and quickly began restoration. There was a lot they needed to do (replace drywall, flooring, painting, etc.) and they moved through all of the steps of getting our house (and life) back to normal quickly and with incredibly high-quality results. Still, the most incredible part was how well they managed the process and how comforted they made us feel at a time with great fear and uncertainty. Ronne was incredibly helpful and always let us know we were in good hands. We always knew the status of work on our house and he would always take the time to answer any question that we had. In summary: if you have the choice, never flood your house. But if it does happen, call 911 restoration immediately. This was one of the scariest experiences we've ever had, but in the end we left feeling incredibly grateful that we worked with this incredible organization. Could not recommend 911 Restoration and Ronne more highly.

We had a frozen pipe burst, and 911 was out within 48 hours to start mitigation. The restoration work began within less than a week. The project manager Roy was fantastic in keeping us in the loop, and working closely with our tenants on scheduling and prioritization of work. They did a great job in a short amount of time! Thank you 911!

I called for an appointment and Ronne came out that very afternoon. One patch was not mold, but one was. He said it didn't need remediation, we just need to replace the door frame and maybe some drywall. This resulted in no business for him. Not only is he honest, but telling what he believes needs to be done that they don't even do is going the extra mile and excellent customer service. I would definitely call them again if I need or think I need their services.

Roy and his team were great. Cannot compliment highly enough. These guys made the process very easy and did great work.

The work was done quickly and effectively. Two crews came in and my tenants reported that the second crew were sloppy and left paint stains. This was disappointing, but i was otherwise happy.

Our condo association was very pleased with 911 Restoration's excellent remediation and repair work. Everything went smoothly and professionally. We highly recommend their services and definitely would use them again. Their project manager Roy gave us an estimate that was not only competitive with other estimates we received but also more detailed. He was very prompt in all his communications, both by email and cell. The remediation and the repairs (bottom foot of drywall replaced with cement board, walls painted, some new doors installed) were done on time and to our specifications. After the remediation, a third-party company that tested the area was so impressed that they asked us who did the job so that they could work with 911 Restoration in the future.

Overall, Roy and his team did a wonderful job accommodating our schedule and timeline. The work provided was exceptional and the attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Roy and his team removed a wall that experienced some mold damage. They were great contractors and I wouldn't hesitate to re-hire or recommend them.
