Great price, she found high quality pavers that she could recycle from another tearout and we could get a great patio cheap. We didn't like the slope in one spot, and they came back and re-did it for free. Awesome service!!

Everything went well. We just got a design and they did not charge us a price. We did not use them to do it. The experience with them was pretty good. They were good and thorough. They gave us a design, which was pretty good. We liked it, but, because of our budget we didn't hire them. I'm not sure I'd use them in the future because their price is pretty high.

Maria is kind, easygoing and very professional. Looking forward to working with her.

The person we met with was pleasant, but I believe they were overwhelmed by the response to this special so they did not put much effort into our yard design project.

They called and told us that the amount of leaves exceeded their truck hauling ability and that they would need to charge about $100 more to haul all of the leaves away. I consented to the extra charge. I got back home and they were still working and I went inside to write them a check for the additional amount but they ended up doing the extra work and leaving - not charging me the extra $100. I thought that was generous. There was two workers and they worked very hard and were very personable.

They did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning up and trimming my front and back yard, in addition to removing all of the waste! The only issue I had was with their lack of responsiveness in making an appointment; made several attempts with no success via phone-calls and email, and finally had to lodge a complaint with Angie's list. The day after lodging my complaint through Angie's list, we received a call from the company and scheduled the services!

From the first communication to the last, the company was responsive and professional. We settled on a particular clean up day due to the city yard waste pick-up timing. Two employees (owner and staff or two co-owners) arrived on time; did a walk around the yard to confirm which plants to pull and which to leave -- (I requested to leave some perennials) and mentioned they hoped to go in a neighbors yard in order to blow leaves to my yard without adding to the neighors. I called the neighbor to keep their dog in and over the fence one worker went! They set to work and completed the yard clean up efficiently and afterwards asked that I check that they had completed it to my satisfaction or if they were any areas I felt needed more attention. Nothing more needed. I pride myself on getting my yard cleaned up for winter, but with my busy fall schedule I didn't think I had the time to commit to it. I have to admit, they prepared it better than I could have, despite the great fall weather we had. After they left a neighbor called to tell me how impressed she was with the way it looked! I will definitely consider hiring them again; and based on their attention to detail I am considering getting an estimate for a garden wall I want to add to my home.

They came out gave an assessment and it went fine. However, I did not end up getting the work done. He even called me this year to follow up.

I met with Maria to discuss taking out my current asphalt driveway and replacing it with either all pavers or pavers/asphalt. Maria was on time for our meeting, very nice but she really didn't offer me any ideas or thoughts on how she would envision my project. She was very punctual in e-mailing me her estimates for the job. Her e-mail basically said $15,000 for pavers with asphalt or $20,000 for all pavers. Her quote was accompanied by a 1 line description of each job. Her quote didn't include any rough drawings/ ideas and which pavers where going to be used. Pavers differ in price and from the quote I really had no idea what I would be getting for the price. Nice enough person, but I was really looking for a lot more guidance on my project and at the very least a few rough drawings.

I just didn't have time to do this myself, so when I went with this company based on their reviews. They completely exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail was amazing. They picked up every leaf, raked all the gardens after cutting back all the annuals, cleaned up behind my shed and under the deck. I emailed a question to the owner and she responded promptly. I will definitely use this company again.

Took advantage of an Angies List special for landscape & paver patio design. Approx. $100 cost. Came out promptly after initial contact and took information. Did a nice job with the design but took too long to get it back (approx. 2 months). The owner was very pleasant and apologized for the delay. Said they had a big response to the "deal". Her quote was a in line with most of the others we received. Would give them another chance if something came up.

I like the owner. She was really nice. She came out to the house and was very helpful and took our input and feedback.

The woman came as scheduled and sat with us for a while to discuss our objectives. She then spent a long time (well over an hour) walking around our property and taking detailed notes. A few weeks later, she came back to present a plan. This included a detailed drawing of the property with recommendations for specific plants in virtually every corner of the property. She also pulled up pictures of each of the plants on her computer to show us what they looked like. The plan was very comprehensive and gave us lots of ideas. Our one quibble would be that we were primarily looking for suggestions for a few areas of the property and had told her that we didn't plan to remove most of the existing landscaping. The plan she presented almost (with the exception of the trees and large shrubs) took a clean slate approach. We have not decided what to implement, but will consider this company when getting quotes for doing the work.

It has been great. They come out every single time that I need. They do a super thorough job, and did more than I expected. They have exceeded my expectations.

Probably the best yard cleanup I have ever seen. if you are looking for someone to really do a fall deep clean, these are the people to call.

No story to tel except we lost the money we paid

We had a pleasant meeting with Denice for our initial lawn-care analysis (we purchased a special deal for a $100 analysis/design). We experienced flooding issues during our first summer in our house and wanted to address the landscaping and how it contributed to the flood. As I was afraid might happen, their company couldn't seem to handle the demand that came along with the special deal they offered. I believe they were supposed to come up with a design plan for us within about a month. When we weren't hearing back from them, I decided it wasn't worth pursuing the work with their company (and certainly wasn't going to chase after them). I pursued consultations with other firms and had already pretty much made up my mind on how to proceed with the work. However, I at least wanted to get my $100 worth and get the design analysis that was promised by Lawncare Plus Design. Of course, they had pretty much forgotten about us and blamed it on how busy they were after offering their special deal. They did provide a design plan for us (I wanted to compare it to others I had obtained; for free mind you). But, other landscapers that I had met with didn't agree with their approach. I went with a different company, and a different design plan (which was cheaper than what Lawncare Design proposed) and would not use this company again.

They were easy to work with. They made good suggestions for the design, and accepted input from me. Together we worked up a design plan, and they carried it out. They sent a large crew to do the work, and that crew work amazingly fast to complete the project in one day. They provided quality product, that met the suggestions I had made. Also, their pricing was extremely fair. Their goal was to complete the project with my suggestions as a priority.

She and her team did a great job of listening to my thoughts and incorporating my them into their design. The only issue was the time it took to get the design done.

Bought a fall clean up coupon from Angie's list from this provider. I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend them to a friend.

The crew was prompt and very efficient. They accomplished more than we thought possible during the two hours they were here.

Upon purchasing the Big Deal, I received an email from the company to schedule the appointment. They came on the specific day and performed the service as expected. Since my lawn was larger than what the deal covered I received an invoice in the mail a few weeks later. I paid the bill online. A very easy to do business with company.

I purchased a big deal from Angies list for landscape design. We just moved into our house and wanted some ideas to transform the backyard. Maria responded quickly with an appointment date. But cancelled the appointment 2 hours before she was supposed to show. It took her 2 days to get back to me with another date--which was a week later. She came, and listened to our concerns--but didn't take any notes. She took our property survey and said she would have something to us in 2 weeks. A month later, still no plan. I sent several emails, finally she responded that it would be another week. It took approx 7 weeks for her to get the plan to us. It did not include any pricing and was a little hard for us to tell exactly what she was proposing. We asked for a 3 d rendering....she told us it would be more, and that we could get a better idea if she sent plant photos and pricing. That was 6 weeks ago--still waiting for pricing. The total lack of follow thru is disappointing. We will not use them.

They came up with a design to redo the front yard and the price it would cost to do everything. Design was great, the price was very expensive. We had another firm do the work and saved a few thousand dollars.

They were very efficient and quick. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do.
