Description of Work: Had a fence installed. They were responsive to my initial request for a quote. They did a great job, were very professional, good job on the clean up, and asked for the remaining balance only after they got my OK on the job.

Description of Work: They called the same day to make an appointment. Were on time for appointment. Went with another contractor due to price.

Description of Work: Family Fencing came out to do a quote on repairing my fence. They gave a quote, but they never called back me to schedule the actual repair. I left numerous messages. I have a feeling my job was "too small" for them, but it would have been nice if they had the courtesy to say so.

Description of Work: Our fence blew down in a storm and our dog refused to use the yard at all so we really needed our fence back. Family fences came right out, surveyed the area and sent us an estimate. They replaced the fence with the same kind we had before (city rules) but the new one looks fabulous. It makes our whole house look much better. Their work is suberb.

Description of Work: I needed to repair about 20 feet of fencing that had blown down during a windstorm. I settled on Family Fences for the work. Julio came out to inspect the fence and was very thorough in his assessment of the damage and gave me a number of options at varying price points. In addition to the portion of fence that had blown down, I also had several other posts replaced. Julio, suggested that I repair only the damaged portion for now to see how it held up with the existing fence structure before proceeding to do the other posts. I appreciated the low-pressure approach and suggestion. So far the fence repair looks great. I'll be calling on Family Fences again when the weather warms up to do the rest of my fence post repairs.

Description of Work: Repaired/replaced sections of an existing fence. | |The price seemed fair given how much time and materials the job took. When they evaluated the existing fence, they tried to keep the work to the minimum required make the fence useable, rather than trying to "upsell" on unnecessary extras. When they came to do the work, they were fast, professional, and they were careful to avoid stepping on the plants in the beds next to the fence. Much appreciated.

Description of Work: Replaced 234 feet of fencing on the border of our private road and a cemetery. We saved money when they were willing to reuse the posts that were still solid. The work was started when they said it would be and they continued until completed. The finished fence is very high quality and all of the people from Family Fence were easy to work with.

Description of Work: Repair of chain link gate and repair of wooden fence gate and installation of 4 new posts.
