What a great company! I had my back gate replaced, and I am thrilled. They removed my old gate and installed the new one. When they were finished, I asked if they could make some adjustments so the gate would look aesthetically correct. They had no problem working with my request and finished the gate. I am so thrilled! This company cares about the customers and their feelings when the project is done. They will go out of their way to make the project right and make the customer happy!

Installed a 20' silver fence with a 4' gate. We had requested black. No argument. Removed silver fence and installed a black replacement.

I called the to get a quote and gave them several days to respond but didn't respond I found out that they were outside of my area from the website it would have been nice that they could have return my call

They do it right the first and I was super pleased with them.

Never contacted me! This has becoming a problem. Angie’s must tell them if they can’t or don’t want to job to at least contact the people requesting the work.

We hired them a few years ago and the work was not well done. Yet, we still hired them again recently to make repairs on their shoddy work since the price was right. They did not show up for two consecutive appointments. They did not call, text, or email letting us know they were not showing up. Both times we had to hunt them down with multiple emails and calls which they don't return. Don't waste your time with these guys.

We noticed a rotted fence post midweek while clearing leaves. They were able to come that afternoon to inspect, provided a verbal estimate on the spot, and written estimate that evening. During the inspection pointed out rotting wood on gate that was affecting alignment. Came out Saturday morning, repaired everything, hauled away old wood and concrete. This is our second experience with Family Fence. Both have been great.

Family Fences did a great job! They had a creative solution for an awkwardly place gate and they were very quick, installing the fence in one day late in the fall season.

Went great. Received estimate, installers delivered fence and began install immediately. Wonderful work and fence looks great. Really makes the outside look much better and high quality.

They were responsive to providing a quote and answering questions, but were 30 minutes late to the appointment for a quote and 2.5 hours late on the day they started the job. They didn't call either time to let us know they would be late - we had to call them to find out when they would show up. Fence looks nice, but they were not careful with plantings in the area of the fence.

Family Fences did an awesome job. They put in a 6 foot cedar fence, replacing some chain link and some really old wooden fencing. It looks wonderful. I was very impressed with their work. They are professional and did a 3 day job in two days. Thank you Family Fences for an excellent job.

Family Fences was professional and responsive from the first phone call to schedule an estimate through to the final hand-off of the keys to the new fence.

Tomas, owner of Family Fences, came over the next day to walk property and discuss options. I was considering replacing much of fence but Tomas noted that the fencing was still in ok shape and it would be more cost effective to just replace some of the rotting posts. I greatly appreciated his integrity to not go with the higher priced option. The workers came the next day and replaced the posts and removed all the debris/rotten wood from the area. I highly recommend them.

Tomas came, reviewed the fence conditions and situation, and the next day I had a reasonable estimate. He also referred me to a tree cutter who panned out well, and the two worked together. Family Fences workers came out, removed the appropriate sections, repaired and replaced parts, and then mounted it back up so that it was well aligned and clean. They were courteous and efficient. For sure I'd contract with Family Fences again.

These guys did a fabulous job. They came out to inspect my fence, gave me a quote within a couple hours and came in this morning and they repaired my fence as if nothing ever happened. The workers were very friendly and courteous. After the job was complete, they had me inspect the fence with them and it was solid. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work on their fencing.

Family Fences did a great job. The salesman that came out to give me an estimate was very helpful. I got bids from 3 other companies but their salesmen were not as friendly and one never even got back to me with a price. On the day of the installation, the guys showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. We have dogs, so the job needed to get done in one day. The guys were also considerate in making sure that the fence bottom rail went very low to the ground so that our smallest dog could not fit under it. We originally had a 24-inch wide gate with the old wood fence, but the guys suggested installing a 36-inch wide gate for the new one which was a great idea. They cleaned up well before they left.

Estimate meeting was scheduled with Family Fences Ltd for Tuesday August 2nd between 9 and 11:00 am. No one ever showed up or called. We guessed it would probably cost about $6000 for the job. Which ended up being supported by the other fencing company we met with that actually kept their appointment. I guess Family Fences Ltd. must be flush with work to ignore a job. Very unprofessional.

What a colossal waste of time. Had four fence contractors come quote us on a fence and two gates. This company was the only one that would not commit to a specific time for the appointment, not a huge deal. As it turns out, three of the contractors showed up at the same time. Their representative went out of his way to make it difficult to go over the project with the other two contractors. Was giving a hard sales pitch about the quality of their fences and was there just before the other contractors and stayed until the other contractors were gone. Completely overstayed his welcome and was clearly being obnoxious to the others. All of this could have at least been overlooked had they provided a competitive quote. Guess what happened??? NO QUOTE AT ALL!! Unbelievable. All three of the other contractors provided their quotes and were easy to follow up with. After a couple of days I sent an email asking for this quote and didn't even get a response. Perhaps my project wasn't big enough. I described it before they came. Why did this guy come waste our time (and his) and went out of his way to be rude to others is beyond me. Glad I contacted several vendors and we are moving forward with someone else.

Did not get my estimate by Friday. Called the office the following Wednesday and wast told I would receive the estimate by 10:30 AM. It is now Friday and still no estimate. Complete waste of my time.
