Chris arrived and promptly diagnosed the water flow issue, which he repaired. I also asked him to diagnose a "water hammer" issue with our HE washer. He suggested a "water hammer arrestor" and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and got right down to business.

Chris was very professional and did excellent work. As a good plumber, naturally he is in high demand so I had to wait a little bit for his schedule to free up, but he was worth the wait. Chris was very responsive to all my emails and on the day we scheduled for him to perform the work he showed up promptly, kept the work areas clean, and performed all the repairs and replacements professionally. When he left everything was clean and you couldn't even tell that work had been done. I would definitely use Chris again for any of my plumbing needs.

Everything was good. The man was timely, efficient and pleasant. Cleaned all of the exhaust from the dryer. Gave me confidence that I wouldn't have to worry about a fire. No complaints.

Chris did not just rod the drain and leave. He first cleaned the traps and pipes he could reach, then roded the drain pipe and then roded it again while the water was running to flush any material away. All the while he left the work area completely clean. I could not find a better plumber and his prices are modest.

From start to finish, it went like clockwork. Installed very professionally. No time was wasted and no extra cost was involved.Any mess created was removed. The serviceman had a good attitude and was very friendly. I give him a five star rate and would use him again.

Chris was really easy to work with and he saw the job all the way through even when the scope changed a bit and some unexpected problems arose. He took the extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly and explaining all the new equipment, shut off valves, etc. He also left the place really clean, which was just icing on the cake.

I asked Chris to check the water pressure and if changing the pipes from the original galvanized iron to copper would help with the pressure. He assured me that the pressure of the water was comparable to that of other Chicago houses. He was reluctant to change the pipes because the flow was good and he said I wouldn't notice any noticeable change in pressure. When pressed, he did mention that there were two places I could probably have the pipes changed and notice a little change in the hot water pressure. I would absolutely hire him for a job.

I was preparing to rent my condo when the local gas company did some routine maintenance and detected a gas leak in my dryer.. Chris came out promptly, identified the problem (a faulty installation) and made the repair promptly.

Chris was outstanding. Informative and fair both on the phone and in person. He busted his behind to finish the work very fast (under two days). We received three bids and he was the only one that suggested to do half the pipes now and then the other half at a later date. While he didn't guarantee that water pressure would be ideal with half of the piping replaced, he said there would be a very good chance it would improve. Sure enough, the water pressure improved grately. Also, the othe bidders suggesting a full replace were quoting approx $8,000-10,000 for the work. We would surely use him again when we have to knock into the upstairs walls to replace the remaining galvanized piping.

Chris was professional, punctual and patient in explaining all work required based on our requirements and "wish list" (move heater to other side of chimney stack, add additional shut off valves, etc.) from the beginning of quoting the estimate to the completion of the expert installation. His estimate was fair; mid of the other companies we had quote the job. Chose him due to his 15-20 years of experience, working the job himself versus hiring a large "retail" repiping company, his references, his Angie reviews, his competence and skills, etc.

Chris came out late at night to fix a frozen pipe that had burst. We had called several plumbers and they were all too busy. Chris had been working on frozen pipes for 3 days with little rest but came out to fix ours since we had to turn the water off to the entire condo building. He got to us quickly and the cost was reasonable

Kitchen sink stopped up and Liquid Plumber did not work so..... Chris called right away and came over the next day. He rotted all the way to the sewer. He was fast, efficient, clean and very nice. I would definitely use him if I need a plumber again. I'm so glad I found him.

He was terrifc. Explained the vent and replaced it. Then he did some extra plumbing that I needed done and went to Hardware Store to get the parts.

Chris did some investigating and found that we already had copper piping. He advised that replacing the pipes would not improve the situation. He gave me some advice about having the city investigate a possible leak between the water supply and the house. He didn't charge anything for the research he did, which really impressed me. I would definitely call him again if I needed something done.
