Chris is very professional and timely. If he is running late, he calls to let us know. Chris ran into a problem with our duct leading to the outside. He went out of his way to check out the situation and was able o correct the problem. What should have been a 45 minute job for cleaning the vents ended up taking 2 hours for investigating and repairing. He did an excellent job. We will definitely hire Chris again.

Fantastic! Chris and Kyle showed up when they said they would. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and completed the work when they said it would be done. No hidden costs. There were a couple of things we added to the job after they started but we were told up front what it would cost and the cost was appropriate. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Chris was punctual, professional and friendly. He quickly recognized the leak under my kitchen sink was from the garbage disposal. He installed a new garbage disposal and tested it. I would recommend Chris.

When I called Chris about the drip leak in the kitchen sink, he quickly put me on his list and came out the next day to have a look at the source of the leak. Within minutes he had determined the cause of the leak to be a O-ring seal near the faucet head. He then contacted Grohe and acquired the appropriate ring, and then replaced the defective ring in a couple of days. Chris is my go-to guy when it comes to plumbing, having done several projects for me, including replacement of the laundry tub, installation of a new water heater, replacement of the seal on a toilet, sealing three sump pits and updating the pumps, and replacing two faucets. He responds quickly to my request for service, does quality work, and cleans up very well. I recommend him without qualification.

Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. He came on a Friday for about 5 hours. On Monday, I had someone come out to put in new drywall and I painted on Tuesday. Chris came back on Wednesday at 5:00 in the evening to hook up my washer and dryer and repair my leaking bathroom sink. He replaced some metal sheeting for my dryer that was not up to city code. He also had to go into my crawlspace several times to work.

He was on time, friendly and very professional. The project ending up requiring multiple days work. Chris did not have room in his schedule so declined the work in a polite and professional manner. He returned all calls promptly. I would use Chris in the future.

Chris was booked through Wednesday when I called on Monday morning, but sent Kyle who had apprenticed with him. Kyle was great. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and went straight to work. The work took about two hours to complete. He removed the corroded piping for the p-trap, rodded the drain while rinsing thoroughly and rodded again. The drain is quicker than it has ever been and we can now remove the p-trap easily with the new PVC plumbing. He took off his shoes and was very good at cleaning up after the work was completed.

In a nutshell, I am very, very pleased with Chris Booker. He is very thorough and conscientious. It was a lot of work! Chris always came ON TIME. He and Kyle worked very hard to get the work done in a timely manner. When he was done, before leaving, he checked all the faucets in the house after he turned the water back on to make sure everything was working correctly! What great service.

Chris provided reasonable estimates, showed up punctually, and in most cases either advised or provide all materials to complete the jobs. He is prepared to tackle major household plumbing projects, brings appropriate tools and auxiliary materials, and leaves his work areas spotless on departure. We scheduled Chris for a very specific time and he was on time and worked very efficiently. He had nearly all the parts for the drain and faucet repair. While inspecting our kitchen faucet, he showed me how the drain traps were corroded. (There was grease literally dripping from one and it only failed to leak because the grease plugged the hole). Once we approved this fix, he quickly grabbed the materials from a local hardware store and repaired it quickly. Chris is great at his job. I find his prices fair. He's punctual, efficient with his time and I can't recommend enough!
