It went great! I made an appointment for my furnace cleaning and check in October and also had my daughter call for an appointment to have hers done.

Pawel came out on the day we agreed and diagnosed a bad circuit board in my Furnace unit as to why my blower would not turn on. He located the part, picked it up and returned within a hour to change out the board. Performed necessary checks to make sure nothing else was going on and the entire time communicated with me via photos, phone calls and text as I could not be home during the appointment. Very satisfied with his service, knowledge and professionalism. At the end of the service a detailed invoice was sent via email.

Great They came out and took metal cover off the outside unit and cleaned it with some spray and washed it with the hose and added some coolant. A/C working better. Wife happy!

They were quite efficient and it took about an hour to fix the issue. They handle all quotes and invoices electronically while on the job site which makes it easy so there is no going back and forth.

They came about 40 minutes earlier than scheduled but aside from that, it went fine. Appreciated the fact that they were digital so I had an electronic checklist of everything that was done as well as a couple of things that may need replacing. Professional and respectful of my home as they came prepared with shoe covers.

Workers were professional and wore booties into the house (always a plus in my book). Did a great job.

American Air Experts did an excellent job from numerous perspectives. They identified our requirements and did not try to offer us more than what we required. Very importantly, they offered products that had the longest warranty and their overall pricing was at least 20% less than the next competitive bid. The installation process was seamless and they were very careful with our floors and overall property. Their cleanup process was such that one would never had known they were onsite. Pawal (the owner) was and continues to be very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we highly recommend them for any HVAC requirement.

Pawel and I set up the date and time for which the work was done. He was at the house on time and went right to work. He checked the furnance then went outside and checked the air conditioning unit. When he was all done he came back into the house and took off his shoes because they were wet. He explained everything he did and what I might need to replace/repair next year. Pawel was very courteous and conscientious. I will most definitely keep his name handy.

Cleaned inside of dirty heating system and replaced filter. The system was old and full of pet hair. He did a great job getting to the hair and cleaning out the unit and packing up afterwards.

Paul did a great job - went above the call of duty for no extra charge - my pad that my air conditioner sat on had sunk on one side and we was able to level it off for me on top of cleaning everything. Highly recommend.

He responded to my call right away and was able to come out the following day. He showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I asked him about replacing my old thermostat with a new one and he gave me a price, but said that it was easy to do if I wanted to save the $ and do it myself. I really appreciated that!! He's getting me an estimate on some other plumbing work for the future.
