The entire transaction between myself, Angie's List and American was handled in a very professional manner. Service technician was prompt and went about his work in a very professional manner. Will be calling them in the late spring for air conditioner check up.

I think it was fine except that because I don't understand the furnace and the air conditioning, I'm not sure of exactly what they did. He seemed to be an honest person. He told me that we did not need to add more free-on which is a point that I appreciated. The price was very good.

Fine. But a week later my furnace stopped working. I called and Paul came ASAP. It turned out to be the circuit board, which cost another $370. To my understanding, this problem could not have been forseen.

Excellent! Paul, the owner, came out to do the inspection and cleaning. He was punctual and friendly. He went through the entire process and explained in detail what he was doing and why. He also made several recommendations and let me know how soon - or not - different maintenance items needed to be done. We were so impressed with Paul's knowledge and attitude that we decided to sign up for the annual maintenance program which seems like it will be a great value. I have no hesitation recommending Paul and American Air, and we will definitely be using them again.

They were excellent. They were not only on time, but they were actually here EARLY! How many times does THAT happen? They did a professional job, and even went above and beyond to bleed the many registers throughout the entire house. Would definitely recommend and will hire again.

Paul was very responsive and scheduled a time to come out the very next day (he would have come that day, but my schedule didn't work). He arrived on time (ahead of schedule actually!) and cleaned and flushed the tank. He did not see anything else that was wrong with it. I appreciated his honesty, as my heater is 14 years old and he could have just told me I needed a new one. I will likely soon, as he has recommended, but am happy not to have to spend the big $$ just yet. Paul is very knowledgeable about water heaters and he was very professional. I would definitely recommend his services.
