great. got back to me quickly as to time he could do work and was right on time. Very fair in pricing which hasn't always been my experience with some of the big hvac companies.

It went very well. American Air Experts were great in working with my schedule in making appointment. They were prompt and thorough. Pointed out a few things but not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After having been with another business for over 15 years I became dissatisfied with the value my dollars provided. As a result I started looking for another company to take over my HVAC maintenance. Turns out the owner of American Air Experts was my favorite technician from the other place, and when I would ask for him they just told me he wasn't available. Anyway, I had the fall/winter inspection and cleaning performed, and was, as always pleased with his easy going manner and thoroughness. He always goes the extra bit and I believe I received excellent service for my money. So much so that I have purchased Comfort Club membership for my ongoing HVAC maintenance needs.

It went flawlessly. Paul is absolutely the best in his field. He's professional and friendly. I don't trust anyone but him and his company for any of our heating/cooling needs

Essentially this was a scam. I paid ~$100 for an initial service appointment, only to have the technician say the ONLY solution was to replace the entire water heater (he quoted $2,000 for this work). He also pushed me to do both water heaters at the same time, said he could give me a better deal (only $3,500 for both). I don't necessarily disagree with these costs, but the reality is I just needed a new vent motor (cost $200).

Went well. They did not try to upsell anything.

As always they were courteous and explained everything. All systems were good.

I bought the $29 special for furnace cleaning and inspection. Paul was very punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He thoroughly cleaned my furnace and even helped with the baffles in the duct work, trying to distribute heat more evenly throughout the house. I was so pleased with Paul that I signed a yearly contract with him for my furnace and central air. You can not go wrong in hiring Paul. I am just sorry that this review is so late.

Paul was responsive, on time and professional. He also stuck around to answer a number of other questions I had regarding my HVAC system and provided a quote to install a whole home humidifier. Very professional and responsive company, and was also a great deal. Highly recommend.

American Air Experts did a cleaning and inspection on my 16 year old furnace. Pawel was prompt and completed the service in a timely manner. Although I did not need any repair, I would not hesitate to hire this company when the time comes to replace my furnace. Very thorough and professional. He also entered all the readings into his laptop for future reference and emailed me a copy. Top notch!

Very responsive - called me back same day to schedule a time, and was flexible on adding additional work to the scope of his visit, and completed everything same day.

Pawel was very punctual and professional. Assessed the current condition of the furnaces and made recommendations without being pushy. Felt very confident with his assessments. Will definitely have him check our systems again next year.
