It went extremely well. Pawel was on on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. A+++ all the way.

The issue was very simple, but still, the technician were very professional and answered questions well.

We purchased the $75 big deal for a furnace tune up to check out the furnace in our old, unmaintained but new to us house. Paul not only cleaned and tuned up our double furnace, he discovered that the exhaust pipes had holes in them and were probably leaking carbon monoxide into our basement. Apparently our inspector did a very poor job at our house inspection. Paul went on to work the rest of the afternoon getting the parts and replacing the faulty ductwork. he worked really hard and did a great job and we give him credit for not only doing his job but going above and beyond for saving our family from carbon monoxide poisoning. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did.

Without doubt the most thorough and conscientious HVAC service I've ever experienced. Giving very strong consideration to this company for equipment replacement.

Paul came as scheduled and within an hour performed cleanup and detailed inspection. Also offered recommendation. Very happy with service and would use again.

The biggest challenge was playing phone tag to re-schedule the appointment twice at my request. He was very nice about it, and if I need work, or when it is time to service the AC, I will call him.

They were extremely informative and wrote up a very nice detailed description of what he was going to do to repair the system He even fixed something with a pressure gauge and didn't charge us for it because he said it wasn't a huge cost and it should have been there. What a great person and full of knowledge and really knows what he is doing when it comes to heating and air. This is a very great company and the services performed were fantastic. Will always be using them in the future.

Technician arrived on time, with good communication beforehand and during the call. Job was performed quickly and competently. Technician made modest recommendations for future service, very low-key, no pressure. I was very happy with the service visit and would definitely call this provider again.

The service provider was courteous, called to schedule the 2 hour window for the appointment. He called to say he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival. When I was late getting hom by around 15 minutes, he was nice enough to wait and had a terrific attitude about it. He proceeded to inspect the water heater, informed me about the type and capacity of it, inspected the gas connection and the exhaust, inspected the tank bottom, flushed the tank out fully and reset the thermostat, talked about the variety of water heaters and technologies, pros and cons and what services the company offers (HVAC). He was even nice enough to walk out with me to do a quick inspection of our condenser and discussed options around servicing or replacing the unit, with some rough estimates for time and expense to replace both the water heater and the air conditioning unit and cabling / piping.

Went very well! Will use again!

We remain very happy with American Air Experts. As part of the tune-up, Paul cleaned the outdoor portion of both units.

My central ac stopped working...I called to get price on new unit.. he came to the home....( he had cleaned both of my2 ac and 2 furnaces in the spring so I thought OK)) said he would have to call the next A.M. with price quotes NEVER called!! Give him cell # Home # and email!! After waiting until afternoon I started calling to get other companies to come out! temperature In the upper 80's everyday!!DID NOT use Angies list , did the old fashion way called friends.. for referral .. Will not be using this company again!

It was great. Paul showed up when he said he would, and was spot on with how long it would take. He explained how the new unit worked and the price was fair.

The service was excellent. I paid more than the $29 Big Deal for the capacitor. I paid a total of $105. I liked pretty much everything, but there was a question or two that we left hanging and he never got back to me on that. My interaction with him was excellent. The work he did turned out wonderful.

What an awesome job. Paul was on time and did a great job. Very polite and knowledgeable . Answered all my questions. I've already referred others and will call back for servicing my furnace and water heater.

Work was performed quickly and inexpensively. The consultation that was provided was probably the most important as I am having waterproofing done in the basement with drain tiles being installed. This calls for removing and replacing old radiators and piping. We have had an open dialogue since the original service and this company seems very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Great. The guy who came was very professional, helped explain what he was doing and what I need to do going forward, and what next steps would be if I keep having a/c trouble. He was a little late showing up, but that happens. Overall it was a great experience.

That went quite well. They did a very nice job. He was a really friendly guy, really thorough, and very professional. Their price was okay. There were some cheaper ones on the market, but he was okay. He was within $10 so he was competitive.

It went great. All services were provided and a list of suggested improvements/repairs/and replacements were delivered in a non-pressurized way.

The cost was very reasonable as he was here for over an hour and a half. Very pleased with the service and his advice. We are now booking him to replace our ancient water heater and would definitely recommend his work.
