Description of Work: ABT is the store I go to for all major appliances. I wanted a 36" white gas range which is difficult to find. I searched online and found that I could buy one at ABT. I wrote down the make and model of the range I wanted, and the salesman told me that it had been on sale a few months ago, and so he gave me the sale price. Now, the cost of service was $0 because, even though they came out 3 times in over a year, to repair a faulty oven ignition, they didn't charge for these service calls or repair parts.

Description of Work: Work was under warranty. We have our entire home audio/visual system installed and maintained by Abt. They can usually access our updates remotely but occasionally have to come inside the home for repairs. They always arrive when they say they will, communicate what work they are doing and review the work when they're done, and respect my time and my home.

Description of Work: I have been very satisfied over many years with installation and repair people from Abt for appliances in my home. The amount above, related to last contact, was for installation in two different cars of Bluetooth capable radios. I do not have the receipts available, so the $300 is an estimate. Abt customer service is also quite good. To me they have deserved a high recommendation

Description of Work: Had my old washer installed and installer thought there was a leak. Repair came out and found no leak so Abt who had already discounted the service call cut that amount in half. Will always use them for appliance service.

Description of Work: Needed to have gas stove and washing machine and dryer reinstalled after putting in new flooring. Repairmen showed up a little early (how often does that happen?). They put down protection on the new floor before moving the appliances and completed the re install, leveled the appliances, checked that they worked and there were no leaks and cleaned up in a timely manner. Abt Electronics may not be the cheapest electronic store around but their installation and repair people are the best. Abt truly does practice good customer service.

Description of Work: While installing my new gas range and microwave oven, my circuit panel was damaged. I called ABT. They agreed that they were responsible and promptly replaced the 200 amp circuit breaker panel and breakers at no charge to me. I recognize that problems can happen, so I don't hold it against Abt. They stood behind their work and corrected the problem with no argument.

Description of Work: I ordered 4 air conditioners over the phone. They were delivered on time, without charge and each frigidaire conditioner was placed in a different area of my home. I was not home when the men arrived at my house.They called me since they were early and waited for me for 15 minutes so I didn't have to set up another delivery date.
