Description of Work: Repaired microwave portion of a wall oven. Replaced Magnetron and light bulb. Service call diagnosis fee applied to total repair cost. Everything went very smoothly and all personnel we dealt with were nice, friendly and professional. Very easy process. Costs were fair.

Description of Work: Had purchased a Blu-ray DVD player in August. It failed in October, and the manufacturer (LG) gave us a horrible runaround. As a last step (which will be my first step in the future), I took the DVD player back to Abt service. After checking the unit and confirming that it was non-functional, they gave me a full refund, although it was well beyond their normal return policy. | |As usual, Abt went way beyond expectations in responding to my needs.
