Description of Work: they are suppose to repair a microwave that is currently under warranty. It's been a month and I can't seem to get a tech out. It is the absolute Worst service I have ever experienced!

Description of Work: I just had a delivery today of a refrigerator. They got it put in for me.

Description of Work: I ordered a new dishwasher through Abt. When they came to install it, they found that the way my cabinets were built meant that I needed to get a different model. (They could not have known this without seeing it.) I was able to get an even better dishwasher at the same price because they were so accommodating, and two days later they came back to install. Terrific customer service. Yes, I will use their services again.

Description of Work: Repair of my Viking Professional Series 30" Gas range - the unit failed to clean and the springs on the door needed to be replaced. Although the first technician was only able to replace the springs on the door, he escalated the repair of the door sensor that engages the cleaning mode to a tech with more experience, so a second repair visit was required. Both techs were professional, timely and skilled. You do get hit with an over the top service charge when you have high end appliances - but again - two techs to get the job done and only charged once. I did not purchase my stove from ABT, but will purchase future appliances from them

Description of Work: After purchasing a whirlpool washer there have been repeated efforts to address operations issues, and none of the repair visits are covered by the warranty. Despite frustrations all around, ABT technicians have been quite professional. It is taking a long time to resolve what appears to be multiple issues because scheduling is a good 10 days out for each repair visit.

Description of Work: Had a problem with and old refrigerator. It was a built in and I could not replace it because of the kitchen cabinets. They had to come out several times. The problem was solved.

Description of Work: We buy all of our appliances and anything electronic or digital from them.

Description of Work: We purchased a Maytag refrigerator that had similar |dimensions to our old Kitchen Aid since the freezer door on old unit no longer closed correctly. We were unable to find the replacement parts that we had purchased a long time ago. However through no fault of Abt, we found the interior layout of the new unit was not as functional and did not have the capacity of our old Kitchen Aid. Several months later we came across the missing parts for our old unit. We greatly regret that we purchased a replacement refrigerator. | |In addition, the installers from Abt were unable to hook up the ice maker so it cost us an additional fee to hire a plumber to do the job.

Description of Work: They installed a hood for our range and they also installed a new dishwasher, but after delivering they realized the size wasn't correct..so they offered and delivered a new dish washer without charging me for the service time or anything extra. ABT has always exceeded my expectations over the years.
