Description of Work: I bought and had a new refrigerator installed. They're a little pricy and the installers really dinged up my walls bringing it in. They also left a small dent on the front of the freezer door. When I contacted abt about the dent they were very responsive and quickly gave me a $370 credit for it. I would have preferred they not dent the new freezer though! And I'm left to fix my walls that were damaged.

Have called them for service repairs in past--but discovered I didn't need them (my errors-was able to resolve them myself). But they were very responsive-good customer service phone experience.
