Description of Work: Our washing machine stopped draining so we called for service. The tech came out and determined that the part(s) needed for repair were more than what a new machine would cost and recommended a new purchase. He recommended a particular unit so I took the info to investigate. After checking the piece out, I called back to buy it and arranged for delivery. I was told then that I needed to replace the dryer as well even though there were no issues with it because they wouldn't install one without a matching piece. So this would wind up costing more money than I had anticipated. | |The delivery guys showed up and, after checking out the space where the W/D were supposed to go, determined that the units were in fact too big for where they needed to go and that I would need to buy a different set. This now meant more money and an additional wait time (for new delivery). I called to complain about the inconvenience stating that, had the original salesperson noted the size difference ahead of time, we would have found that the pieces didn't work and could have avoided the delay. | |I got a new salesperson who went above and beyond and took control of everything. He found us two new machines that were the proper size for what we needed and also worked with us on the price so we weren't as shell-shocked as I was anticipating. The new W/D were installed without issue and everything has run smoothly since. | |Yes, there were issues...but they were immediately addressed and were fixed pretty much immediately and I was given what I believe was prompt, professional and courteous service throughout from everyone involved. The only reason I am giving them a "B" here was for the completely avoidable mistake of suggesting machines that didn't work for us. Other than that,they were awesome to deal with and I will definitely shop with them again when/if the need arises.
