ABT Service is excellent, I've used them before. They are punctual, courteous and very professional.

Excellent. When you're limited due to health reasons to shopping for appliances over the Internet/phone, you need to have a business you know you can trust. I'd narrowed down my search for a fridge at ABT's web site, and Russ went with me over the differences over the phone. Upon delivery, turns out there was also a bad outlet so the delivery person moved the kitchen table so the new fridge would have a temporary home until I had an electrician come in to do repair. My trust in ABT is not misplaced!

Bought a Panasonic 50 inch high def T.V. from them. They answered all of my questions, and got the 1080p model that I wanted for the best price available. Had free delivery. They carried the unit into the room that I wanted, and told me how to unpack the unit. I set it up myself. The delivery people were very polite.

I've used ABT Electronics & Appliances for all of my appliance repairs over the years. They have proved themselves time and again to be an excellent appliance repair service. They offer highly competitive prices. I was lucky this time in that the dishwasher was still under warranty. This company stands behind their work.

The two installers called in advance to confirm their arrival, came when promised, removed our old set with care and attention to our cabinetry, explained how everything worked and, more important, how all the components worked together. Then they tested us (gently) on our understanding. They were very pleasant and very professional, just as ABT's people have been on previous occasions.

Excellent. Purchased the dishwasher via customer service telephone line. Delivery occurred without any problems. Dishwasher works well.

I was impressed with this company because they called to confirm the appointment before they stopped out. They then did the repair quickly and they left my house as neat as it was before they came.

They provide an excellent service for me, and I've always been happy with them. Since it's an extended warranty, the service we get is free. We always buy everything from them because they're a very good company.

We buy all of our appliances here. The people know what they are talking about and they are not super pushy in the sales department and I like that a whole lot. We have bought televisions there, smaller appliances, and larger ones. You name it, they have it. We think they are great and they are just who we choose to do business with because they are so good over there. I've never had to use them for any repairs either, which says they sell you quality things.

I liked the fact that they let me keep this TV for sixty days. I decided I did not like this brand and they had no problem coming and getting it and changing it for the anasonic TV in which was the same price. I was very happy that I did not have any problems with the exchange.

He brought the part with him and was able to fix it in one visit.

This company is my favorite because they have a huge selection. They have a price range that goes from really inexpensive to major high end taste, so its really convenient no matter what your price range is. I am totally content with them and they are my place of choice to get higher dollar items.

I like this company because they are good in terms of their prices in comparison to other companies in this area. They are good about exchanging things too at their sales center. If you get something and you don t like it, they will take it right back. They have a gorgeous store too. It's beautiful.

They were very wonderful when I was buying my washing machine. They were also very helpful with helping me pick out what I wanted. They are pretty much low key there. They are not too pushy or anything. At least, they did not intend to be. I'm not sure of the charge off hand right now. The only thing was that I later found out that the new front loading washers do not allow you to do a hot water wash anymore. I thought it was broken so the came out and I told them it was not working. The guy told me about the washers not doing hot water washes anymore. The temperatures on them are programmed to reach a certain degree and then they automatically run cold water. I wish I had known that because I would have just repaired my old one instead of buying a new one. As far as the time of purchase and dealings with the company though, they were great.

These were all high end appliances. They did a fabulous job from beginning to end. They even advised me that I needed an outlet in one of the cabinets, too. I thought they were very reasonable. I do not mind paying as long as they get it done right and they did. They really took control and handled all very well. They were done installing everything in like two hours. I also purchased a guarantee insurance policy on the appliances as well.

This company is great about following through with their warranties. I am really happy about that. We just bought a large number of appliances through them so although it was unfortunate that we had to use their repair services, at least they did a good job. We like them a lot and could recommend them to others in our area. We have been very pleased with them as a whole.

I really like that they walk you through each appliance. They even came to inspect setting up a new gas line but didn't charge us. They went of their way to check the gas line and saved us $300. We have continued to use them for at least fifteen years. All prices and service are good and we are confident in their work.

ABT has extremely good sales and service. They very thoroughly described all of our options when we were looking at the various refrigerators and were prompt in installing the one we bought. Although I can't remember the price of our refrigerator and its installation, I know it was fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent price, delivery, and attention to details, particularly when an extra part was needed: when staff in the service department was not forthcoming, the salesperson I had dealt with very promptly dealt with the problem.

Their service, in my opinion, is excellent. The problem was that they were very pricey on repairs. They are really nice people though and they were very punctual. They do great work and I would refer them to others.

I have used this company before and really like their service. This time, they didn't disappoint me. They will match any advertised price out there. I was having a problem with my dishwasher later and the problem was with the installation. Even though they were not the ones who installed it, they came out and fixed it for me and didn't charge me anything. They have terrific service.

He looked at the refrigerator and said the condenser fan wasn't working. He took the old fan off the mounting bracket and started to put on the new one. It had 3 mounting screws. He overtightened one of the screws and it broke off in the fan. He continued to install it with just 2 screws. I told him I wasn't happy about this and he assured me that it would be fine. After he finished installing it, he turned on the refrigerator and the fan was very loud. So he took it back off, got a drill and stepped on the fan while trying to redrill the hole. He remounted the fan, hooked it up and surprise! It didn't work at all. He now tells me that he doesn't have another fan with him and all the other trucks are too far away to bring him one so that they would have to come back another day. He is not very apologetic and leaves. I called ABT and complained immediately, but they told me they could not come back till Tuesday. I guess now that they are so big that they just don't care anymore.

We went to ABT first to look for a new washer and dryer, intending to look elsewhere also. The salesman was not at all bothered by the fact that my husband came armed with pages of consumer information. The salesman was low pressure but very helpful, actually showing us something comparable that was on sale. They were delivered two days later by a very professional installation crew. The guys not only did a great job, but they were able to deal with the fact that the house builder had the washer and dryer hook-ups on the wrong side, installing them the way they should be.

Purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from ABT in January. Dryer was a lemon. I took the installers' word and signed off on installation. The heat in the dryer stopped after about 5 minutes of first use. ABT sent a repairman, who arrived on schedule. He spent about an hour bending wires and trying to get the sensor to work. Told me he had fixed the problem, but if dryer failed to tell ABT that I needed a new sensor. It failed on the 3rd load. ABT sent another repairman who arrived without sensor and said the first repairman didn't know what he was talking about. Spent about an hour monkeying with wires, then pronounced the dryer fixed. I checked the unit and found that I still couldn't do settings as described in the manual. Stopped the repairman before he left my driveway. He came back and agreed that I needed a new sensor. It was delivered in about 2 hours and the repairman came back and installed it. Dryer is now working. But why did it take four visits to accomplish this?
