The door came damaged on a two-door refrigerator and they said it was not their fault. He said he would write a ticket for another door for me and he never wrote the ticket. He said I would have the door in three weeks and when I called him later, he said he had not written the ticket and I had to redo it again, and I got the door four weeks later. It took almost two months to get the door.

They were punctual and thorough. The price was good. They did the delivery and installation and the installation was done smoothly.

We knew what we wanted. Took only a few minutes to talk with sales person and negotiate price (always negotiate!) Install was scheduled four days later and went without any problems. Installers called ahead and were on time.

Went to the store and right away was greeted - friendly but not pushy - found the washing machine section and was approached right away to see if we needed help. Was shown a high end item, when I said that was out of my range they went mid range and then we went to entry level machine. He pointed out that one brand had a floor model which we went with. the price - even with extended coverage was cheaper that Sears. So I arranged for deliver the next saturday. they called first thing saturday saying they would be there between 3:30 and 6:30 - around 4 got a call they were running a bit late but at 6 got a call that they were outside the house. Delivery and installation were quick and efficient and they showed me how everything worked. They we so efficient that they left before I could tip them. I definitely would go out there again.

It was a simple scam gone bad. Our dishwasher had a common problem, a blocked hose which prevented the dishwasher from draining after each cycle. The company charged a minimum of $140 for a service call plus parts and additional labor. Rather than check the hose for blockage the service man opened the control panel and pointed to all the components inside and said each was broken. For good measure he also pointed to components inside the dishwasher and said they were also broken. He didn't really test anything. But he didn't say anything about the pump or hose which common sense might indicate was the problem. He assumed that being senior citizens we were stupid. He quoted a parts cost of $500 and suggested it would be cheaper to replace the dishwasher. We did not trust him but unfortunately neglected to get a second opinion, deciding instead to replace rather than repair an old, but otherwise working dishwasher. We did check other stores but because of certain installation issues ended up buying a new dishwasher of the same brand and model from the same company for $700 including installation minus a small rebate. The new dishwasher was installed about 3 working days later. The installer was in such a hurry he forgot to clean out the intake from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal which would fix the original problem and make it appear that the old dishwasher was the problem. Removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new took less than 30 minutes, and the installation was not properly checked. If nothing else he made his company look bad by exposing the incompetence or dishonesty of the first serviceman. The first time the new dishwasher was used exactly the same problem occured. It was now obvious what the problem was. A third service man came and without even looking at the dishwasher went right to the garbage disposal and spent 5 minutes cleaning it out. He did at least then run the dishwasher through several cycles to check that this was the problem. He admitted that hose blockages were the most common cause of retention of water at the end of the cycle but refused to admit that the first service man made an intentional or unintentional mistaken diagnosis. We probably will use ABT again simply because they do have the best selection. But the integrity of the company has gone down in our estimation. It took about 30 minutes on the phone to actually get a manager, but in the end he agreed to refund the part of the original service call that was not already deducted from the installation, as well as the installation charge. He also promised a $100 gift card. But he would not admit his first two service men failed to do their jobs properly.

They are phenomenal! Their customer service is outstanding. Their sales people are very educated about all their products. They don't push any particular product because they don't receive commission. I like that it's a family owned business. It's even a fun place to go when you're not going to buy anything. They have the latest technology on every level that you could possibly imagine. Their service team in extremely professional. They even put booties on their feet when they come into your home. They have free delivery. I feel that their prices are competitive.

They had some pretty good people that helped us in the buying process. We got the tv on sale. They delivered the tv and hooked it up for us.

We purchased our dishwasher from ABT and when we got it installed it didn't seem to be working right. I called them and they came right out and made a couple of adjustments. They offered some suggestions to improve the life and the quality of the dishwasher. They answered all of the questions that I had. They did a good job.

I called this company regarding a problem I was having with my television. The picture had become too. big for the screen, and I was unable to get it back to the normal size. I was told that they usually serviced only their own TVs. When I told them I had a Toshiba, they said that they would come out to service it. The cost would be approximtely $199. He had also said that since the TV was 6 years old, parts might be expensive or even impossible to obtain. If they were unable to correct the problem, they would give me $100 credit towards a TV from their store. He asked me if there was an adjustment on the TV. I said that I had tried the adjustment, but got no results. He then asked if I had cable. When I said I did, he suggested that the problem might be in the cable box. He suggested that I turn the box off for 10 minutes and then turn it on again to see if that might correct the problem. I did this, but nothing changed. After this I tried the various buttons on the remote again, and found one that corrected the problem. I appreciated that the man was willing to give me some information and guidance over the phone - which in the end saved me about $200. If I need to purchase a TV in the future, I will definitly check out their store.

When I called to make appointment to get microwave repaired, I had made a preliminary diagnosis of the problem, I had looked on internet and realized that when the oven wasn't heating but appeared to be working the problem was likely the magnetron. However the phone rep indicated that they would still need to dispatch someone to come out and look before they ordered the parts. The dispatch cost was $150 but they said any labor needed was included in that cost. The earliest they could get out was 4 days from the time I called and they said someone would call in the morning to give a 2 hour window. The technician came out within the two hour window and said that he had checked to see if they had any magnetron's in stock but there wasn't any. He said it might be some other things like a thermostat switch which he would check because it was easy to do without dismantling the oven. He checked that and said it was okay and that he would order the remaining parts. It took them another week to call us back and say that the parts they needed to order would run around $500 and should they proceed. We told them to go ahead and it took another 10 days before they called back to say the parts were in and to schedule another appointment for 2 days from then. This time a different technician came and as he started the work, he explained that even though they had ordered all the parts they thought I might need, he thought that it was unlikely to be the magnetron. He pulled out the microwave which had to be dismantled to troubleshoot and went through a sequence to validate and troubleshoot the parts before replacing anything. It ended up that the magnetron was okay and only a resistor needed to be replaced along with the burned out lightbulb. The resistor was about $40 and the lightbulb was around $60 so the whole repair ended up costing a lot less than I was expecting. We also discussed potential future options as I had previous problems with the combination oven/microwave and he explained that this was because the heat from the oven caused problem. He suggested that if I wanted to replace, I might consider two separate built in in the same location which would prevent heat issues as the microwave would have its own insulating cavity. We had some questions about issues with some other appliances (stove and refrigerator) - he was happy to answer our questions and advise us on what we should do. Very happy with the technicians from Abt - they are very knowlegeable and are willing to help educate you on the issues. Not as happy in the amount of time it takes for them to respond for parts request and updates on what is happening.

We chose ABT Electronics & Appliances because of their prices. Especially in regards to the price for installation. We have used them before. They do really good work. They could have been more responsive when we wanted to purchase the unit, but everything worked out.

The sales manager is wonderful. They are always responsive and timely. Their prices are always good. They are helpful. Their quality is good. They do not sell me more than what I want or need. I like being able to trust my sales person. They will tell me if what I am looking at is more than what I want, if I shouldn't pay that much, or if it isn't worth it.

I bought a Panasonic 52" television. They were having a sale when we went in. The gentleman who helped us was able to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. It was easy to work with him.

I liked everything about them. Their price was good. They put an outlet in the wall so they could move the cord. They were on time and very helpful and informative. They were really clean and efficient. They knew what they were doing.

My experience was great. They were having a big sale which is why we went in. The guy that helped us was very nice. He was able to answer all of our questions.

Their service is way above board. The quality of that company is what stands out. They stand by their products and their customer service. They are prompt and do things the way they should be done.

It went very well. The technicians were very careful on both ends of the project and took the time to show us how everything worked after it was installed. They went to some extra effort to not cut a new hole in the wall.

We called ABT and the customer service person was extremely helpful and informative. Then we visited their amazing store and got incredibly great advice from one of their floor salespeople. The friendly installers arrived on time and got all four appliances working no problem.

Have obscure (Italian made) washer/dryer. Another company came, did/could not diagnose a problem, then machine flooded my condo and the one below. ABT diagnosed problem immediately, ordered the part (they were the only company I could find who could locate this part) and fixed the problem. I must say, I have not tried to use the machine yet, but I am assuming it works fine now. They were highly professional. They are very competent.

My experience with ABT Electronics & Appliances was great. I went to them because I have always had good experiences with them. They delivered my television and the staff was mostly helpful.

They're great; they're well known for having good customer service. If you order something and don't like it, they'll take it back, without charging for shipping or anything. I got a refrigerator and I didn't like it. They came, took it away, brought the new one and threw the old one away, without any problem or extra charge. They'll come out and do anything for you.

We had a washing machine that was giving us a lot of problems lately and we hadn't bought this washing machine from ABT. When we called them they told us that they would only do repairs on appliances bought from them. They agreed to repair it for us considering the fact that we had bought other appliances from them. It was a giant hassle getting the right part and diagnosing the problem. They came out 5 or 6 times to figure out the problem but charged us only for one visit. Their price worked out real cheap and I admired them for their persistence as well as value.

Their staff is outstanding. Their prices can't be beat for what you are getting. We go in and tell them what we want. They really helped us with picking out a window air conditioner. They are very fast. They have things in stock and their delivery times are great. With our fridge they told us that we would have to hook up the water line and that we could pay them to do it or they wouldn't touch it. They know what problems come up and they gave us options on what to do.

We had them come out and fix the electrical parts of the stereo and tv. They were good and seemed to know what they were doing. They came out at the given time and I would recommend them as I would also use them again.

They were very good and knowledgeable. They also had a very extensive show room.
