All prices were excellent and competitive for their type. All original delivery and original installation work was excellent, as was the work to take the old appliances out. All replacement take-out and install work was excellent. All service rep encounters were very good to excellent. No "gotchas" in connection with the two cooktop problems. Abt has a strong reputation for just this sort of excellence, and they proved it to us every step of the way!

Project went as expected. Price was great, as was the service. Will purchase future appliances from ABT.

I love Abt! I have bought several appliances from them. I find what I want online and if I have any questions, they are quick to help. I knew what I wanted in a stove and so it was easy to find it on their website. After purchasing the stove, they contacted me to confirm the delivery date and on the day of delivery, they let me know when they would be here. The delivery and set-up went great.

They showed up when promised, and the repair was done quickly and the repair person was very professional.

The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and professional. No complaints!

I purchased a dishwasher from ABT. The service was great and the price was competitive. I will definately ship there again.

Delivery truck arrived right at the start of the two-hour window we were given the first thing that morning and the two workers wasted no time disconnecting the old set and installing the new one--including calling Comcast to activate our new HDTV and staying to make sure everything worked properly.

I had an issue with it so they came out and fixed it and it's been fine ever since. They did do the repair without charge. The problem was with the drainage. I have bought quite a few appliances from them and I haven't had very many repairs. They have been the best appliance company I could imagine. They are price competitive with their products, there isn't anybody cheaper. They are very professional and friendly, they could charge more and I would still go there. I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore.

They were good. The quality is good.

They have been around for years and I have got only good things about them. I have used them before. I like them because they have good prices and good products. When they came to do the installations, they were top-notch. They were outstanding. I even wrote a letter to their company stating how happy I was with their services.

We replaced a TV, and we had upgraded cables to hook up. They used the ones that came in the box with the TV instead of just using the existing ones I had that were already hooked into the receiver. They were right there in front of them to use and they overlooked it completely and that was disappointing.

Very dissatisfied with the service call price. I did not chose ABT.

I just had it installed this past Monday. I was completely satisfied with the installation and the men who came out. They got everything working. They were quite knowledgeable and they did all of the work very fast.

My repair was taken care of quickly. They got the machine in order in no time at all. We were very satisfied with the service.

Crowded store, lots of people looking and buying, and lots of salespeople that really know there stuff. We waited for a short time for a salesperson who had previously helped us...then Mac came along and we were soon very please with the help and information he gave us. Never any pressure, just good guidance. And after we said we'd buy he came up with more goodies, like delivery the next day which really fit into our schedule. We are very happy with the Maytag units and feel real good about our experience at Abt.

Everything went very well. The installation was great and I was very happy with them. It seemed like there was a problem with the dishwasher after the installation and they sent someone out immediately. As it turned out, the problem was with a connection unrelated to the dishwasher. Their customer service is terrific and I would highly recommend them.

I buy almost all of my appliances from them. They have good prices and good service. They deliver the items promptly without any hassles. It is almost not worth looking any where else, in my opinion. I've never had any problems with them.

I had to pospone installation because of guests from next day to the following Tuesday. They called by 9 a.m. on the day of the installation, providing a 2 hour window. They arrived at the beginning of the window, had the old washer removed and the new one installed and ready for operation in 30 minutes.

They were very quick to deliver the TV to my home. I contacted them on Friday and had the TV by Monday. They even did price matching. They were very courteous and professional. I had done my research on the type of TV that I wanted. I will use them again for any major appliance purchase. The delivery was free.

I was not satisfied with them. It seems like every appliance we got from them four years ago has had its share of breaking down, especially the dishwasher. Because of warranty, they came six times in a year to fix the dishwasher. I found that their technicians varied so much that it took one to redo the work that the other did.

The appliance repair company is well-known in this area. The guy who came out just did the work as I had already got the parts. It took him about half an hour to complete the job. He worked extra solely to make sure that I wouldn't have any problems in the future and he worked slowly. I got what I paid for, although their price was a little high.

I've purchased all my major appliance and TV from Abt over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed with their prices or service. This past January I purchased a 50" Panasonic plasma TV and they matched the lowest price I showed them, about $500 off what they had listed. I've recently had service on several appliances as well and they have always been on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

After I chose which oven I wanted to purchase, I checked Abt's on-line store. They had the best price, and set prices for installation and cutting the cabinet. Before I purchase the oven, they even sent someone out to my house, free of charge, to measure the spot where my old oven was to see if the new one would fit. After I placed the order, I called to make sure there would be no surprises on the cost of installation, and was told there was nothing in the computer to indicate it would not be higher that the on-line price. On the day of delivery, they called at 7a.m. and gave me a window on what time they would be there. It wasn't a morning delivery, as I had requested, but one of their earlier deliveries was cancelled, so they called ahead and came a little earlier than they had said. The two guys who came seemed to know what they were doing, and worked well together during the installation. Their one problem was that no one had recorded on their paperwork that my gas line had to be capped, and the amount of cutting required. I also was giving up a drawer under the oven, and wanted to use the drawer front to cover the gap under the oven. They took the drawer to their workshop, so it would be cut properly. I am waiting to see if they return it as they said they would. It should be here in two more days.

They have been around since the 1930s in the Chicago area, and I have known them since the 1950s. They give terrific service. Their price is very fair. They are really great people to deal with. They have a very large selection of auto accessories. I will continue to use them in the future.
