They're really good. I'm very pleased with them. They were able to come out within a week or 10 days. That was pretty quick.

The salesman came out. He ordered a new electrical range for the oven. A week later, he came out and installed it. It is not working great. They're very polite and very professional. They respect your home. They don't make a mess of your home. They put little shoes on their feet. Everything is good with them.

I wanted a 36 inch white gas range which is difficult to find. I researched online and found a company that makes them. I went to abt and they were willing to special order it, and even gave me a sale price! It was delivered on the date they told me and it was hooked up and tested with the old one being hauled away.

I purchased new kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV and was very pleased with the service and their selection. I compared prices and they were lower than the local competition.

I have used them many times in the past. The delivery guys are very professional and prompt. They hauled the old one away and hooked up the new one. It was exactly what I wanted. I ordered it and they delivered it two days later. Their prices are extremely competitive. I think they have the best price around.

They are great. I will be doing business with them in the future. They have everything electronic that you can imagine.

Went very well. Worked with Jordan McCroskey who seemed very knowledgable. Installation was on-time with no issues. Got a good price with ABTs price match guarantee. Been using washer and dryer for months since then with no issues. I give Jordan an A for professionalism- I gave a B for Abt since when we came back to buy the washer and dryer Jordan was not working that day. Another associate said it was no problem, that if we placed the order with him that Jordan would get the commission. Well, when I called Jordan the next day I found out that was not true. Apparently they worked something out since both of their names were on my installation receipt, but I was disappointed that after I asked a direct question about it to the other guy that Jordan would have not gotten his commission if I had not called him. Abt should include something like this in their employee training since I'm sure this is a scenario that comes up frequently.

My experience was both good and fair. On the first visit, the repair man arrived on time and identified the part that would have to be ordered to repair the ice dispenser on the refrigerator. He would wait on dusting the coils until he came back to do the repair. A service call costs $150, but covers all trips necessary to do the repair. For cleaning the coils on the beverage cooler, the service call for an additional appliance is $75. The owners manual says to move the appliance out away from its enclosure and remove 5 screws on the back and vacuum the coils, etc. I didn't want to do that myself and risk damaging the floor, kinking the cord, etc. The repairman actually removed 2 screws off the front bottom and used a long narrow brush to clean the coils. Took him 5 minutes, if that. That was a very good lesson for me to learn. The part for the refrigerator was ordered and they called within a week to let me know the part was received. I was pleased to hear the circuit board would cost $90. I set up the return appointment, but ABT screwed up the schedule. I had to then reschedule for the next week. I was not happy that I wasted a morning at home waiting for the repair that didn't happen. The next week, the repairman did a great job fixing the ice dispenser and moving the fridge and cleaning the coils, and the floor under the fridge. During this however, he found out the part/circuit board was the wrong one, so he was on the phone with ABT for a while. Lucky for me, it turns out, he did have the right part in the truck, but oops, now it's 2 or 3 times the original cost I was given. Seemed like a bait and switch thing to me, and I complained. He called the office and they charged me $90-100 for it, which they said was their cost.

I have no dislikes. They were very helpful in the store. The salesman was very knowledgeable. The service was very good. The key thing with them was coordinating with delivery because I was having my house redone. They were very flexible. They had to move the date once or twice. They're a little pricier than other places.

Our washer and dryer stackable unit needed replacing and the salesman at Abt gave me some better options than what I had researched. I did have to change my order the next day after I realized the unit he suggested was a little too big for my space. That was easily done and I had another unit that i liked as well delivered on my originally scheduled date. The delivery guys were awesome! Talked me out of an add on I purchased as unnessary and were quick, professional and worked quietly.

It went great! Because the original error was theirs, they didn't charge me. And the service guy was very pleasant. I've dealt with Abt for a long time, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

heir prices are always competitive, their staff is knowledge, they are on time and very accomadating. In general I have always been very satisfied with their products and service.

It was just fine. They matched any competitor price and gave us good service on the install and maintenance.

They are not pushy at all. Once I found a washer on the sales floor that was a return and was $200 off the regular price. I got a sales person and we went to take the ticket off of it but there was another person and their sales person there at the same time. They ended up giving the other person the returned one that was on the sales floor and then gave me a new one for the same price! Another time I bought a large screen TV and when I got home it was just 1/2 inch too deep for my cabinet. They took it back without any problems and it even had a scratch on the side. The big screen TV I bought was a return and it was $800 off the regular price. I've had it over a year and it's great. Their delivery and installation men are also very polite and leave things clean.

I paid for the items ordered with a personal check..I canceled the delivery for a dishwasher a day before delivery...When I called to do so I questioned them how long it would take to get the refund..I was told 2 weeks...3 weeks went by I had not received the refund..I called to check status...was told it was mailed about 5 days before my call..I waited another weekend..now being 4 weeks..no refund received..call back on a Monday ...was told they would stop payment on the original check & would have another one 'fed ex'd' to me that same day...It is now Wednesday the 24th of April & was told it was mailed certified today!!!!!! I am very upset because they misled me to think it was going to be mailed by fed ex on the 23rd & now to hear it is being mailed by certified mail...they give me the impression they are just really delaying mailing the refund vs giving me real good old fashioned customer service..just another corporation giving a loyal customer the run around..I went & bought a Bosch dishwasher now with HH GREG store. I am extremely disappointed especially since I have been buying appliances from this store since 1988.....

They are great and things went very smoothly. I would tell others to go there first without a doubt. I had a question about one of my dryer features and I called them after a year and they were able to help me.

We had shopped at ABT in the past and it was because of this that we were back to shop for the washer/dryer set. The sales persons at the store were non-pressuring and allowed us the time it took to make our own decisions. they were very helpful in answering any questions we had at the time. The units were purchased and a schedule was established for the delivery and installation. The service men were punctual and brought all the necessary tools and equipment to install the units. they were very professional and kept our home clean. All went well and we have not had to call them to do anything more. The units run very nicely.

The salespeople at Abt seemed very knowledgable about the products they sold and were good about laying out the basics about features (including which ones were most useful vs. just gimmicks), repair history and reputation. They were also to give us a good sense of which models excelled at certain uses. Once we settled on our choices, they arranged to have everything installed and delivered. Delivery was fast and punctual, and the installation jobs went well.

They are a very good vendor for appliances. I was pleased with their service and I would go back to Abt Inc.

Very satisfied with the work done. Passed all the city code inspections with flying colors when the city inspector came home to inspect the installation.
