Salesperson was very knowledgeable, and store even had manufacturer representatives on hand to answer questions. There was a great sale going on as well. The dishwasher was delivered within a couple days and the ABT installers were efficient and performed the task 100%.

Very nice shopping experience. Can't say that about many places these days. Pleasant, no hard-sell, willing to negotiate on prices, Walked out feeling good about the purchases you made.

GE stove control panel for oven stopped working. Called ABT service and though running late did come out to check stove on day promised. He informed me that part needed was no longer available and suggested I buy a new stove. Went to ABT to buy new stove and told salesman how disappointed I was that part was no longer available. He checked with service manager and they located a replacement part out of town. Part was ordered and installed a few days later and stove and oven are back in service. I am very grateful to the salesman and service manager. The original service man not so much. Overall they turned a negative into a positive.

They were very prompt and fixed the problem very quickly in an efficient manner.

Called to see if I could have one of them come out to look at a malfunctioning KitchenAid range. We had not purchased this from them, but they said they did other appliance repair and we had bought a washer from them in the past, so I was going on name recognition from a company we worked with before. The first guy who answered the phone was very friendly and transferred me to the service line. I waited on hold for several minutes. When the woman finally came on and I told her the problem, she insisted I provide her with the model number of my stove in order to schedule service. I told her I didn't know it, and I had no way to pull the stove out to get it. She still wanted it and would not schedule a time without it because "we need it for our paperwork." This seemed to be a prerequisite, so I guess I will call a different company that will work with the information I have. UPDATE: Abt called and apologized for the confusion. They were quite persistent in making sure they reached me, which I appreciated, and today I decided to try them when our same stove/oven began leaking gas and the NICOR representative told us the glow bar was out on our unit. However, the Abt people could not give me any kind of timeframe for when they would come out on the scheduled day. They only give two-hour windows the morning of the appointment. They offered that I could give them a preference but it was "just a request". With kids to transport to and from school and activities, it's not possible to schedule something the morning of a day six days from now. So we will, once again, take our business elsewhere. I wish we could have actually gotten to them at our house at some point to comment on the repairs.

We had ordered them but it took over a year for us to need the appliances. They ended up upgrading the appliances after the year. They were phenomenal. We buy all of our appliances from them now.

They were able to fix the latch in 10 minutes. He was very polite, neat, careful with my items, and and conscious of my ceramic tile floor. We were thrilled. I recommended the company to a friend of mine to fix a television. They were able to fix the TV in 30 minutes and it's been working ever since-6 years. For a nominal fee they will haul your old appliances away and donate them to a company that rehabilitaes people for new jobs in appliance repair. They care about the community, environment and do a great job. Their prices are always negotiable.

I haven’t had any problems with the appliances I purchased from them. The reason I purchased through them is because their prices are extremely reasonable and they service their appliances. Their servicemen work with them for years and years. There is not a big turnover. I had the same serviceman for my wash machine for 20 years. They are reasonably priced, punctual, and professional. When you go in to buy an appliance, they ask you questions about how it will be used and all sorts of things. They don’t steer you to the high-end appliances; they steer you to the appliances that are appropriate for your needs. I am pleased with the service I have received from ABT and I will continue to purchase from them.

They always match or go below any competition’s price.

We purchased a dishwasher from Abt a little over a year ago. The latch had not always worked right, but did work, so we lived with it until early July when the latch finally broke. We called Whirlpool initially for a service technician. A Whirlpool-approved company came out, looked at it, charged for the visit and then said they would get the part and be back in a week. In a few days they left a message that the part was on backorder and they would get back to us when it was in. After several weeks of not hearing back or being able to get in touch with them (the number they had given didn't work), we called Abt to see if they could help us. We were able to order the part directly from Whirlpool and Abt offered to come and install it free of charge--even though the dishwasher was out of warranty! The service technician came, put the part in and checked the whole dishwasher to be sure everything was working right--all at no charge!! He said Abt values customers and was sorry that we had had so much trouble with an appiance we purchased from them. I love that kind of service!

They were great. It was a 400lb refrigerator. It took two guys to bring it in in pieces and they put it together. It is huge, 7 feet tall. I got the extended warranty for such an expensive appliance. They have come out to fix one of the seals in the door. They came out, it was covered and they fixed it. Their price was competitive, I did serious price comparison shopping.

It was great. We would use them again.

Everything was good! They are an "A!" The door on my microwave didn't seem to line up, and I called them and they sent someone right out to adjust it! Their service is very reliable, and they are very easy to deal with. The overall experience was great!

They sell everything there, they have electronics, computers, big and small appliances. They also have an Apple and Sony store in there.

I used their online services to purchase the disk washer. My online experience was very good. I had no problems at all, I knew what I wanted and they gave me the right price.

I had a fantastic experience with abt! They were great from day 1 through installation day! As mentioned above, they installed a 20k generac to run my entire house that starts instantly when the electricity goes out. I highly recommend them for generators because there price couldn't be beat!

ABT has always had outstanding service. The delivery is exactly on time and the installers take great care not to damage your home or the product. They take pride in the service they provide. I do not shop anywhere else but ABT for electronics and appliances. Our fridge broke down and we had a new delivered and installed the next day. They installed a new water line and made sure everything was working properly. OUTSTANDING!!!!

They will even match internet prices, but they do like documentation in these instances. They have free delivery in the area. They're service department is supreme. It's like walking into the cleanest house and feeling like you can eat off the floor! It's handicap accessible and they have scooters available. It's family owned and they've been in business for a very long time. They know what they're doing and keep on top of everything. I've been doing business with them for ages. I cannot praise them enough! Supreme, divine, perfection!

It is a fun store to go to. They have everything imaginable. I bought my appliances here when we bought our house years ago. They are very helpful. It is a good place to go.
