Abt was pretty good, we were happy with them. The delivery and set-up was all free. They put the fridge where we wanted and everything, plugged it in. Couldn't be anything but happy with that. We're totally satisfied with them. We went out there and looked at their fridges and told them "that's what we want", they delivered it to us right away and free and moved it in for us and everything. Everything was 100% how we expected it to go. We were very impressed. THey were as courteous as you can get.

When my 13 year old over the oven microwave was too costly to repair, the GE repairman gave me a receipt worth $50 towards a new GE microwave. I researched microwave's online and contacted Abt. Since I knew which one I wanted, I ordered it online. Within a few days the installer delivered and installed the microwave. The removal of the old and installation of the new microwave was quick and the installer made sure the area was kept clean. I have purchased large appliances at Abt previously and have always been impressed with their service. I know they stand behind their products and service which provides great peace of mind.

The installers arrived within the appointed time. Within a half hour, the work was done.

Bought a new dishwasher. There was a problem leveling leg on dishwasher and leg did not work. Abt came in with a new machine in 4 business days.

I have bought all of my major appliances in the past from Abt. Each time the installers were prompt, friendly and clean. This was the first time I needed service on an appliance and it was done quickly and within the estimated cost. I would certainly recommend purchasing and servicing from Abt.

My freezer and refrigerator were not cooling correctly. Abt came and found I had a leak in the system. Parts were ordered, and then replaced when they came in. Technicians were on time and very professional. Cleaned up when they left.

They are very reliable. They are competitive on price but their customer is legendary. My wife purchased cook top which did not live up to the expectations from a named brand appliance manufacturer. When she replaced it, they did not have the color available and they arranged things that we’re not without until that arrived even though they were going to end up that it would be used. In the back wall of their customer service area says “If the request is reasonable, the answer is yes.” and they live up to that. Their generation is absolutely great. One thing I noticed is that they are now a national company that got a website and they are showing up as providers for prices on the game shows listed on their website.

Our older Bosch dishwasher broke and we decided it was time for a replacement. After during research online we decided on a particular Kitchenaid model. We went to place an order online but the installation options were confusing. However, when I called in to place the order the sales rep arranged for everything and actually charged us less than the prices listed online for installation. The installation itself went very well; the installer was professional and did a good job of cramming the new dishwasher into a very slightly undersized hole. Despite this the end result of the installation was fantastic and the fact that the dishwasher didn't "quite fit" is entirely invisible. The process took about an hour, and the dishwasher works perfectly. There was some confusion about when the installer arrived. I originally asked the installer to come in in the morning, but later I had to make an appointment. I tried to update the time to have the installer come later, but the message didn't make it. As a result I had to do a bit of juggling to make sure everything happened when it needed to happen.

Abt Electronics has everything you could think of. They have all the range that you would need. They built such a loyal customer based business. They are so good on service. They are absolutely unbelievable.

No complaints. Prices are higher but worth it for great, reliable installation and servicing. Will only use ABT from now on.

Abt Electronics does good work. The price was reasonable. They do a beautiful job, they don't scratch anything. The work is guaranteed, they come out see what the problem is, and as soon as the part comes in they come out and install it.

Excellent company. Leslie King was our contact. She helped us customize our choice of appliances, and made sure we were happy. She genuinely cares. Every single person from Abt that showed up at our condo was knowledgeable and conscientious. Especially Ken. Expert installation. My kitchen renovation was a nightmare. They eased the pain. I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else.

The repair was fine and done quickly. However, they gave me a time frame of when they would be there and were over an hour late, and never even bothered to call to tell me the serviceman was hung up at another client.

Last repair to dishwasher was not charged to us. When we went to purchase a new Refrigerator, the sales person asked about out other purchases. She was so kind and got us in touch with the sales rep for Meile. We have been satisfied with our experiences at ABT. We have purchased many items from them.

Pricing was excellent. Installation was prompt and professional. Abt is willing to work with you based on budget and preferences.

I hate to wait longer than I wanted to have someone come out ( one week which is a long time without a dryer) but when he came he was ontime, professional, and able to repair the dryer. Also, they are supposed to call the morning of the service call and tell you when they are coming within a two hour window. Both times no one called and so around 10:00 I called and then they gave me a time.

Perfect and professional.

Overall the company was very good and responsive. The only downside was that the first team that they sent to the house was not prepared to remove the grill from our second floor and the driver was not professional. We spoke to a manager while they were in our home and they sent out another crew to remove the old grill 2 days later. The second crew was terrific.
