Description of Work: INSTALLED AN OVER-THE-STOVE MICROWAVE. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE CALLED EARLY IN THE AM TO GIVE ME A TIME WINDOW, THEN CALLED WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE EVEN GAVE ME SOME TIPS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY ICE-MAKER - WHICH ENDED UP FIXING THE PROBLEM!
