Since we have used this builders for various jobs since 2001, we knew our last rehab would go absolutely smoothly and it did. This builder is timely, organized and financially responsible. There are no additional costs, unless you change something yourself. There is never a day without any workers and therefore his jobs get done faster than anyone's I have seen. The owner is very hands on and watches over every detail of the project. He is easy to work with and has a lot of experience behind him. Having used him for over 10 years now, I can only highly recommend him. Not many people tend to keep using their contractor over and over again.

Unbelievable! On time - even finished 2 weeks early. Great quality. Responsive to every call and question - even a year after the work was completed.

Price was bid by 3 other companies and Victor was less than all. His references were happy to let me into their yard to see his work. I added a couple items to the job and the price didn't go up!! I found my favorite contractor!!

Victor was given a dollar amount to stay within and he did it. 3 weeks was the timeframe and it was done in 3 weeks. His workers are so clean and fast. They are amazing at what they do. Watching DIY is overrated. My mistakes cost money. Having a PRO oversee everything is money well spent. And the cost were better than others proposed. Some of these contractors charge a ton of money to do nothing. Would you believe the same job description came in twice what Victor proposed???

My experience was very pleasant. Cost was no more than his proposal...which was a big surprise from the last contractor I used. That means I will use Victor again.

Preferred Home Improvement & Builders did a high quality and professional job remodelling our kitchen, master bathroom, and basement, and it was a total plesasure working with them. Victor was knowledgeable, reliable, fair, pleasant. and completed the project on time and budget, and I would definitely hire them again.

The company took care of everything from the project , materials through difficult delivery of lots of wood to the roof which is on the 3rd floor. The work was done so fast and professional that this quite big job was hardly any nuisance to us or our neighbors..Mr. Grzebicki also suggested special design of the roof deck which made it look amazing as opposed to just good looking . He also completely remodeled bathroom- again with his input of great taste and expertise.

Victor and his crew completed a full interior remodel of our home in 2005. We were extremely pleased with their work and I would hire them again. We completely gutted a 1950s ranch house. Preferred Home Improvement installed new heating, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, tile, lighting, and finished our bathrooms and kitchen - you name it, they did it. Although ours was a major job, he is capable and willing to handle everything from small renovation jobs to ground up construction of a new home. He communicates very well and is clear about what is required, costs, etc. I definitely recommend this contractor.

He and his men did an excellent job as usual as this is not the first time he has worked in my home. I call him for major jobs as well as smaller ones because of the high quality of the work. He always finishes the work when he has promised and is truly one of the most conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy people that I know. His men are very respectful to me and my home while they work there and I trust them enough to leave them there working alone. He has many years of experience in building high quality homes so he knows everything that is going on from the basement up in a house. He will always be my first choice for any remodeling jobs done in my home.
