"Needing a quick repair after some lighting installation - Mike was quick to respond to my request. He explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish; he communicated clearly to set expectations prior to repair. He arrived promptly to start the work and kept the work area clean. Drywall is an art and Mike surely possesses the finesse for a perfect repair. His patch installation was flawless; I hardly had to do any sanding / touch up once dried and prior to painting. He even added a few pointers to ensure a perfect final result. He was very courteous, informative, and quite the perfectionist - he definitely exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job . It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike and I could not be happier with the service provided and the end result. Incredible installation along with the exclusive use of only the highest quality and technologically advanced roofing products available in Chicagoland.
"It went perfectly. From the estimate process to the scheduling to the day of the job, it could not have gone more smoothly. The owner, Dan, educated us about the product and what we needed to update on our 30-plus-year-old roof by pointing out nearby examples. The crew was prompt, quick, efficient, courteous and did a great job. We knew some of the decking needed replacing and that was included, but they found sound adjacent pieces that needed replacing and just went ahead and did it. Cittrix staff stopped by the job more than once to check on things. It started to rain at one point and we thought that would slow down the job, but they were done, cleaned up and gone by mid-afternoon. Our roof is beautiful, and the price is about what we were quoted on the job several years ago when we ended up not doing the job. We are EXTREMELY pleased."

"I had previously used Fixer to rebuild the appliance garage and under sink cabinet in my kitchen. Last Wednesday, I called them to unclog my bathroom sink and in doing so, the "plumber" broke my sink, rendering it unusable. They did send me a text acknowledging that the plumber admitted breaking it, and they quickly sent me a bill for the service call, so far, they have ghosted me about what they plan to do to replace my sink. Apparently, they will only communicate via text."

I have two part-time employees that subcontract their labor to me on a job-by-job basis, when necessary. I use them for larger jobs or for jobs that call on their areas of expertise. I prefer to do the majority of finish work myself. I typically prefer to meet with a customer and write up a contract proposal. If an agreement is reached, I will submit an official contract, noting the cost of labor and the estimated cost of materials. I require 20% down on any job over $500. I will supply all of the materials required to complete the project and their cost is billed in addition to labor, when the work is complete. Total cost transparency will be maintained throughout the process. I can accept check or money order, with credit card capabilities coming soon!
