Handyman Connection of Wheaton

Description of Work: I hired Handyman Connection for two half days of general handyman repairs throughout my house. The cost of service includes both days. Services performed included: fixing loose handle on bathtub hot water handle, straightening a door on its hinges, replacing an outdoor low voltage light fixture, installing two screen doors, replacing damaged weather stripping around an exterior door, painting an exterior door and trim (inside and out), and installing curtain brackets on a steel deck. In addition to all of the work being done professionally and thoroughly, I was thrilled that the service person, Rommel, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. That is so important when you take time off of work to meet with a vendor. I have already referred Handyman Connection to others, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: They were great, we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom, they opened up the ceiling, and they coqued the ceiling very well.

Description of Work: I had some caulking done around sinks, tubs and shower. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I also like handyman because they charge by the job and not the hour. I have been using them for years.

Description of Work: I had some drywall that needed to fixed due to recent leaks. Marc did an awesome job! He kept me apprised of what he was doing, and he made sure the job was done the same day. I will definitely be using them again!

Description of Work: Jake performed various jobs. Replaced two bath vanity faucets and drains. Removed a shelf, and spackled the holes in the wall from the screws. Removed curtain rods, and installed new rods and new drapes. Hung an art piece. I would have Jake back to do work for me again at any time. He's smart, hard working, and did everything the right way. He's a gentleman, and a very good handyman.

Description of Work: Dan inspected the office metal fireplace and stove pipe flue and determined it did not need cleaning at this time. Great honesty!! (I rarely use this fireplace.) Then he did a full cleaning of my family room fireplace and the stainless steel flue. Great job and very personable and knowledgable!

Description of Work: They replaced the bathroom fixtures in my shower. Replaced tiles in a drop-ceiling. Replaced trim that was missing. |The removal of the old fixtures was not as smooth of a process as it should have been due to the age of the old fixtures. Our Handyman went above and beyond to fix the problem. He was able to stay longer just to get the job done.

Description of Work: Did some painting and few other small things. When I called them about a new project they were not interested and sent me a email not a call back. I went with someone else. Also made me rethinking using them in the future.
