Poor Service. Whole goal was to get money and push me to new installation. Technician was so inclined to take more money that at certain point he started asking for my SSN for loan application. Absolutely pathetic service and highly unprofessional technicians. Spent 1000$ to be left later without working unit. When I called them whole focus was for new installation. Not recommended for any service

tech was outstanding - its rare you find someone who has years of troubleshooting experience and looks at the entire picture, not just one component in the picture my evaporator condensate line was blocked and his protege used co2 to blow the line out - this was on a unit over 25 years old tucked away in a crevice of the attic filled with blown in insulation1

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly. Had needed part to perform repair on hand. Repair was done quickly.

HVAC 34 years old - furnace died in January (very cold spell) - needed emergency repair/replacement - G&R came out on emergency - checked furnace (unrepairable) - got quote - they replaced furnace and air conditioner (air conditioner at my request due to cost of freon charging) - they did all within 4 hours from my initial call - great work.

Everything went fine , issue with they sent the wrong furnace but came back the next day and fixed it. They did excellent job in the installation.

They charged $95 to come to look at it and quoted me $1,500 to fix it. This is a part that retails less than $200 and a job that takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The professional I hired charged me $360 parts and labor for the job. He was in and out of my house in 20 minutes. There are exactly 4 screws, one molex plug, 2 sliding spade connections and a hose clamp adjustment required to complete the operation. Including the $100 I spent at Menards for some temporary heaters, I saved over $1,100 by NOT HIRING G&R and calling someone else.
