They do really great work and they have great prices. I have used them in the past to clean rugs for me. I would use them again.

They arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning our furniture. Our recliner is rather old and they did the best they could with it. It does look much better than before. Very personable as well. I would happily recommend them to firends.

Carpet cleaners were fantastic! They came in cleaned my entire house. They were very careful when moving furniture. Careful that their equipment didn't bump my walls. I will certainly use them again.

Chris came to the house and picked up 2 area rugs. He was nice enough to accommodate my hours seeing I get home after 6 most nights. He held the rugs for over 2 months while I was waiting to close on a house and then delivered them to my new place, again in the early evening so I would be home. I couldn't belive how nice the large are rug looked! I had bought it at an estate sale and it was a pretty old wool rug with an interesting design. The colors looked awesome and he even got out the gum or candle was that had been on it. I haven't looked at the smaller rug yet but I am sure it will be great. I'll call him again nex time I need my rugs or carpets cleaned. Thanks again, Chris!

It was by far the best carpet cleaning company that I have hired. Everything was done as thoroughly and professionally as promised.

To my delight Chris, the owner, along with one of his employees arrived at the beginning of the expected time frame. They were friendly yet professional. They operated in an organized and efficient manner with little to no idle chatter. Chris even cleaned the carpet directly in front of the sofa free of charge where he noticed an obvious traffic pattern. The entire job was completed in roughly an hour and a half. After the sofa was completely dry I noticed the age old stains were still visible but much more faint. No one besides my husband and I would even know they exist. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.

When they arrived they explained what the process was going to entail and made sure that we confined any pets that might get loose because of the hoses in the doorway. Proceeded to begin with the basement and basement stairs. Then completed the cleaning of the living room and dining rooms. When he was finished he advised me of certain stains that he was unable to remove and the reason why they were permanent. He was very efficient and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his work.

Did a very good, quality job of cleaning the rug. Looks new. They do not offer drop off at their office so it costs more because have to build in pick up and delivery expense. I wish they would offer drop off, but for rugs of any larger size than this it would probably not be practicle.

We had a pipe break and the guys came out to clean the water stains and drywall dust that was a result of the repairs. They were on time and very professional, and even were able to clean some oil (coat oil from our two dogs) off of the couches where they like to sleep. Will definitely use again.

They were great. I wouldn't have anyone else do my carpet cleaning. This is the second time I've had him do this work for me. He was here on time, and he propped up the heavy furniture and moved the lighter items that could be moved. The areas dried in a timely fashion, and my grandchildren thought the carpeting was a different color because he was able to get it so clean.

Chris (the owner) and another employee came within a couple of hours of my phone call. They squeezed me into their schedule that day. I had only a small (4ft x 4ft) area of carpet that needed to be cleaned, but it was an urgent matter as an entire gallon of milk had toppled down the basement stairs and spilled all over the carpet at the bottom. I had tried cleaning it on my own, but realized that even hours of work on my part wouldn't guarantee it was clean (and odor-free). The service over the phone was very helpful, and upon arrival Chris and his employee did a thorough job. They followed up by explaining what they had done. Chris also encouraged me to call if any odor remained as the work is guaranteed. After several hours, we are very impressed with the condition. Thank you Norm's Carpet and Cleaning!

Chris Newman (owner) and and another Norm's Employee arrived at my home on time at 8am. When making the appointment over the phone, I had received an estimate of $200 give or take based on the information I gave the receptionist. I was willing to book the appointment based on the over the phone estimate. You can ask for someone to come to your house and give you a "real" estimate prior to the job being done. For time saving purposes, I chose to not to do this. Norm quickly assessed the space and gave me the estimate of $161. They offer a discount on their website if you mention it at the time of booking, so I received a $20 discount. Chris estimated the job would take 1 1/2 hours to complete. The job was completed well within that time. I should mention that I had removed some furniture and prepped the rooms prior to him being there. That probably helped move the job along. The stains were completely removed and the carpets are very clean. He also cleaned an entryway area rug free of charge. Overall, I am very pleased and will use their service again.
