The two young men that did the work were great. They worked hard from beginning to end, were respectful, and listened to my concerns about stains. Some stains reappeared and they came back to treat the spots again. Great guys. I would definitely recommend this company. It isn't the 5 rooms for $99.00 special that some companies offer, but I wanted thorough work and that is what I received.

Excellent service! They asked several questions when I called, gave me an estimate, and set up an appointment for cleaning (the week of Thanksgiving). The two service techs arrived on time and were courteous and professional. After exact measurements were taken of each room cleaned, the tech determined that my cost was actually LESS than the estimate and deducted it from my bill. One of the techs even trimmed all my stairs of loose fibers (from my cat clawing them!) without my asking and for no extra charge. The carpeting has never looked better and I am very pleased.

Norm's arrived on time and provided us with a estimate that seemed very fair to my wife and I. Norm's did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and even moved some furniture that we did not expect to be moved.

They cleaned my grout the first time with the machine they use, the tech was really pushed for time, and it was obvious it did not come clean so he offered to come back to do it over (which was good). The next day I emailed to let them know it did not look good. The same tech came back and is a nice kid. But, when trying to get it clean he used a black bristle brush on my light colored grout and ruined areas of the grout by essentially turning it a grayish and blackish color in a lot of areas throughout my bathrooms. The tech knew when he was here that something was not right and could not figure out why the grout was now colored as it was in places. Unfortunately, I did not get home until he was almost done; my husband was in our office working that day while they were working in the bathrooms. He told me to let him know how it turned out, it was obvious he was very concerned and even mentioned he should have his boss come look at it. I said I would allow it to dry and we?ll see how it turns out. When I contacted them back several times to ask them to make this situation right the owner Chris will not return my emails or call. They ruined the grout and I had to hire another professional to correct it at a cost of $285. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau about them. I simply cannot believe the business owner would not return a phone call to me after ruining my grout. Extremely unprofessional of them to do this. All I wanted was clean nice looking grout!

I was very pleased with the results. The carpet was clean and not overly wet. The ceramic tile looked like new. This was the first time I had it professionally cleaned, and the grout looked much cleaner.

The crew went about the job with professionalism and thoroughness. They finished in the time they said they would, they were careful to put things back where they had moved them from and all in all did a fine job. We are very pleased with the out come and would heartly recommend this company.

They were initially scheduled to come out at 10am. They had a cancellation and asked if they could come earlier, which worked out fine with me. Two young gentlemen came. Initially was concerned regarding their length of experience. However, they were both very pleasant, introduced themselves, placed carpet mats on my wood floor so they could ensure footprints/water wasn't tracked thoughout. My carpet in the family was very, very, very dirty. Had candle wax spilled, dog urine stains, food stains, pop stains. It was so bad, my husband thought we were just going to have to replace it. But low and behold, they treated, handscrubbed the tough spots, used different treatments, and got every stain out! They explained that sometime with really bad stained carpet like mine, some stains may reappear after it dries. And if that happens, to just call and they'll come back out and treat again! Also, last company I used, they left so much water on the carpet, it turned slightly yellow and took 2 days to dry. It's been about 4 hours since they treated my carpet, and its barely damp to the touch! I'm very please with the work, and will definetly use them again.

They've been very good and they were able to remove the stain completely. They were very interested in doing whatever they could do to help. They didn't make you feel like they were just there to clean the carpet; they were very personable and helpful. They frequently run specials and they send out cards letting you know when these are going on. I've used other companies and found that they did not have the ability to take care of trafficked areas as well as the people at Norm's.

They were to arrive at 11 and called to see if they could come early which was great for us.They wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a problem.They made sure we were satisfied with the job they did and even assured us we could call them to return should some stubborn stains we had return.Can't say enough about how impressed we were.

They were punctual, completed the job quickly and did a GREAT job! I will definitely use them again and with two black labs and beige carpet, a good carpet cleaning is a MUST. You all are the best!

This is how Angies List is supposed to work. I hired Chris based on recommendations here and was very pleased. Chris was late arriving but had called to let me know. They were professional, competent, friendly and well mannered. The carpet was in better shape than I had hoped and the work was accomplished quickly. Chris gave me the Angies List discount and an additional discount for being slightly tardy.

Chris and his team arrived exactly on time. There were three rooms for carpet cleaning on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor plus a hallway and a 13 step stairway for carpet cleaning. Chris first measured and inspected the carpeting in each room, providing his total cost estimate based on a "per square foot" total and identified any areas that would require additional/special treatment. He needed to know the source of the problem areas so that he could treat it with specific treatments. Chris and his team did a great job on the areas that needed special treatment. The treatments are "green" (environmentally safe). When done, the house had a nice cleam scent and the carpeting looked great. Chris and his team did this whole job in 2 hours and 15 minutes. They worked diligently and efficiently. They conducted themselves professionally and were personable and concentrated on the job. I will use them again! contractor had scheduled an appointment between 10am - 11am. contractor arrived approximately at 10:30am. upon arriving they surveyed the area of my home in which i had requested the service. after reviewing the area, i was quoted a total price for the service they would perform. the service provided was very thoroughly. i would definitely recommend their service.

I was very pleased with the job done. We have a dog and one of the rooms showed that it is his favorite room. The carpet looks almost new! The owner and his assistant were right on time and very professional. I actually used them the following week to clean my tile floor (see that category for my report).
