Description of Work: I had two gentlemen from Norm's Carpet Cleaning come to clean my family room and area rug. They came on time (called before they arrived) and were extremely polite and respectful. All my questions were answered and they did a fantastic job. Carpets looked great once they were done and I will definitely use Norm's again!

Description of Work: They cleaned almost every carpet including two stairways in our home plus two chairs. They first treated the carpet and stains, then they scrubbed the entire carpet and finally did a water extraction. The carpets have never looked cleaner. They took there time to do a thorough job. Entire job took about 4 hours. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We recently used Norms for our carpet cleaning service. Two carpet cleaning technicians promptly arrived at noon. Both were very professional and courteous. They measured each room, and quoted us a very acceptable offer. We used a 10% off coupon available on Angies list. The technicians completed the work in a very timely matter. Description of Work: I hired this company t come to my house, pick up my 7 rugs of various sizes, take them away, clean them with non-toxic cleaning agents, and return them to me 2 weeks later. I asked them to change the way they roll the rugs in order to have the corners of the rugs lie flat. They did a great job.

I requested their services for the upholstery cleaning and they saw the spot on the rug and they offered to get that cleaned for us at no additional cost to us. They gave prompt and courteous service and I liked the fact that the owner was here on site and he was working with his assistant.
Description of Work: They cleaned 2 sofas, 2 chairs and they spot cleaned a rug. They cleaned our carpet area rugs about a year ago.

There were spots that didn't come out the last time it was cleaned that they got out. It looks like new brand carpet. He has a pleasant voice and a pleasant manner over the phone.
