Hogan Design & Construction is a great company to partner with. My first project with Hogan was putting in wood floors 6 years ago. They are always my first call for all home renovations. They may not be the cheapest, but I know they will do a quality job. Brad is very personable, responsive, and easy to talk to . He has always kept me up to date with scheduling. I feel very comfortable having them in my house and recommend them to my family and friends. They do beautiful work!

Very well. Typical construction things but they were always on the spot and took care of things. Never tried to get change orders for issues. Only change orders were for upgrades that we initiated.

I cannot recommend Hogan Design and Construction highly enough. As a business owner in Geneva, during the protests surrounding the tragic death of George Floyd, Hogan Design was a recommended resource for boarding up our storefront windows. Their customer service is impeccable, as they answered my phone call at 10:00 at night and were at my store the following morning. The crew Hogan Design sent was professional, efficient and respectful of the historical building that my store occupies; no damage was done to the exterior of the building. When Doug followed up the following day, he told me that the owner, Brian Hogan had decided to donate the storefront’s board up materials and labor to support local Geneva business. After needing to close my store for close to 2 months, I cannot express my heartfelt appreciation of his generous offer. Exceeded expectations in all areas. HD&C, with the input of our Project Mgr, Jason, were great in providing quality Sub-contractors and resources for item selections. The "schedule" remained on time without the need for the "buffer" week. Each Sub, as well as their own team, was professional and very tidy completing each phase. Jason was very hands-on, attentive to any concerns, and accommodating with any personal schedule needs. We were pleased upon final inspection and payment to learn of the amount of credit received due to one modification (elimination of a bench area) and not having used full allowances on two items. That is the integrity we have come to admire from HD&C, this being our 4th project in three years with them.

Brian and Brad Hogan are great to work with. They describe the process very well and kept to their schedule and budget. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Staff, especially Jason and Mike, are friendly, courteous, and skilled. Kara provided extraordinary design services, open to your ideas, but creative enough to think outside the box. In the end, we accomplished our goals. They honor their one year workmanship guarantee.

We used Hogan to remodel the kitchen at work and I am beyond impressed with everything from start to finish. The project managers as well as other Hogan employees involved with this project were extremely communicative, professional, detail-oriented and incredibly helpful. Throughout the duration of the project (~6 weeks) there was general communication every day regarding the project and any changes that may have arisen throughout the project. Hogan took away any headache that I would typically associate with remodeling including coordinating and communicating with all vendors (i.e. vendors for appliances, cabinetry, etc.). All of the Hogan employees went above and beyond to ensure that the project went as smooth as possible and that the finished project was better than what we pictured for our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Hogan Design & Construction to anyone looking to do modifications/remodeling in their home.

We have engaged Hogan Design & Construction for several minor projects around the exterior of our home. In addition to being very responsive to our requests, the work has always been done well, has been very fairly priced, and was completed on schedule. This company has become our "Go To" provider of of household repairs and improvements, and we would most certainly rely on them when it comes time for major projects. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, we would rate them at least a 6!

Great. Lots of personal attention and attention to detail. Communication was frequent and effective. The bathroom looks like a whole new room, and fits the idea I had for it.

The estimate was quick, the project was defined, the schedule determined and then they did exactly that. Communication was excellent. They finished on time and on budget. The quality of the work is excellent. I can heartily recommend them.

Everything went great. Only problem that came up was immediately handled by Brad Hogan. I will work with them again!

It was a daunting project for me but HDC walked me through every step. I love the end product!!

My husband and I choose Hogan to completely re-side the exterior of our 2 story home in Geneva, as well as adding design elements and rebuilding our porch/sunroom. We made this choice because of their reputation and the fact that they are a family owned local business. As it turned out we definitely made a wise choice. Before the project started we told our Project Manager, Douglas Panozzo that beside the quality of work, communication and staying within budget were most important to us. Obviously Doug really listened because from beginning to end he guided us through the entire process…listening to our concerns, offering advise, and keeping us up to date all along the way. In addition Doug is a stickler for detail, and the consummate professional and we are absolutely thrilled with the way our home turned out.

I can honestly say Hogan Design & Construction has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They installed a stone tile and tub for us, were friendly, organized, and had our entire shower and tub installed like we pictured very quickly. They warranty their work for one year, so when we experienced a problem FIVE years later, we assumed they would not help us in any way. Instead, we were absolutely blown away by the customer service when they came out within the hour, examined the work and just in case it was related to work they did and to provide great customer service they had a plumber come out within the hour and solve the entire problem. All of the time, labor and parts they did for no charge just to provide amazing customer service and their staff was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. You will not find that with any other company I'm sure. They stand behind their work 100% and really do a fantastic job of providing the quality work that customers are looking for that lasts years. Could not recommend more.

As we get ready to sell our house, I realized how wonderful our basement turned out thanks to Hogan. Our agent was walking through the casa, finding little things here and there that need updating before we sell, then finished off the tour with the basement. The comment from our agent was nothing short of "spectacular". I guess I just took for granted how much of an amazing job Hogan performed. The little details and craftsmanship reminded me why we went with Hogan 7 years ago. Now that we are getting ready to sell, I am so grateful we were introduced to Brad, Brian and his crew. Our basement is a tremendous selling point, and best of all, nothing needs to be modified or touched up. HIGHLY suggest you use their services that will make your project very unique and appreciated.

Went great. We did have to pay attention to details to be sure it was all completed as we envisioned, but onsite construction manager and Hogan employees went out of their way to see that the project was completed to our satisfaction.
