We have used Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) for 5 projects over the past several years. These included: a kitchen refresh, adding a basement bathroom and a primary bath remodel. The workmanship was of the highest quality. There was excellent communication with the project managers. HDC is highly recommended!

When we started our process to remodel our kitchen and first floor, we interviewed multiple contractors. Hogan Design & Construction was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, however, first impressions define everything. Hogan presented well, communicated better than any company I’ve ever been engaged with, maintained a schedule for the defined work scope, and held to the agreed-upon budget. Doug, our Production Manager, delivered exponentially on Hogan’s desire to experience the difference and surpass expectations. Throughout our 8-week project, Doug communicated with us every day and we knew exactly what to expect and who would be at the house. The subcontractors used by Hogan were very trustworthy, their craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Hogan is our contractor of choice for all home projects.

From start to finish everyone was professional, respectful and friendly. I liked that they took their time to make sure everything was ready to go before starting the project. They were easy to work with. They listened to me when I had questions or ideas. Any problem that came up I was informed of immediately and we were able to get it taken care of right away. I would recommend Hogan to anyone who needs repair or remodeling work done on their home.

I’ve been a homeowner of multiple homes for almost 30 years this is by far the best company that I have ever done business with. In 2003 they made my family a 3-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment out of a plain basement in our house for my Grandfather. The crew got all the permits ordered all the material and started right away. The apartment was framed and had power in just a few days. The drywall went up paint/cabinets/plumbing/appliances/lighting all seamless. From start to finish the entire team was A+. We still own that property now as a rental. After I moved, they did a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel for us. They were a little more money, but in the long run those jobs have held up with zero issues for 20 years and counting. I can’t say enough great things about this entire team THANK YOU so much!! If you’re looking for a company to handle literally everything this is the team.

We used Hogan to do a remodel of our basement bar. We worked with Brian directly, and we couldn't be happier with the job that was done. The bar turned out better than we could've imagined and it was the easiest and stress-free process working with Hogan. I spoke with Brian constantly, working through little design changes and after thoughts, and communication was always fast, professional, and productive. It really could not have gone any better and we have already received many compliments on the end product. I cannot recommend Hogan Design & Construction enough, and Brian specifically, if you really want something unique and high quality without any stress or headaches. Working with Hogan Design & Construction was a great experience for our remodel in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. They worked with us closely in every step of the remodel from design to completion. We had engaged Hogan Design & Construction for several minor projects around the exterior of our home. In addition to being very responsive to our requests, the work has always been done well, has been very fairly priced, and was completed on schedule. This company has become our "Go To" provider of of household repairs and improvements, and we would most certainly rely on them when it comes time for major projects. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, we would rate them at least a 6! Well, the first major project came in the form of a total kitchen remodel, and is essentially concluded. Not ever having previously embarked on such a major project, we did not know quite what to expect, but Brad and Johnny did a great job of preparing us for the disruption the project would create. That made things much easier. Not to mention that it was quite interesting to experience first-hand the progress of design, demolition, "gutting," reconstruction, and installation of new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances. The workspace was cleaned daily to minimize the impact to our other living spaces. The outcome is amazing, surpassing anything I could have envisioned. HDC is first-class, responsive, courteous, patient, and they delivered on-time. Well done to HDC and their entire staff and team of subcontractors.

Hogan Construction has proved that they deserve every 5 star rating and positive comment that they have received. I’m more than thrilled with the outcome of our totally remodeled kitchen. It was literally transformed from The 80’s to 2022! With the leadership from our project manager, John Vendafreddo, we were consistently kept in the loop from scheduled contractors, times of appearance, and expectations of work provided. John was regularly checking in onsite and through messaging to verify our satisfaction along this lengthy process. You are good hands with John! Each and every contractor that performed their craft at our home was professional, personable, respectful, timely and neat. They are worth their weight! I would wholeheartedly recommend Hogan Construction to anyone needing construction updates to their home.

Hogan Design & Construction is a company I have used in many projects over the years from new construction to additions. Every outcome has been just what we hoped. Recently we remodeled a Jack and Jill bath and Tim Avila was our project manager. He worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was just right and to adhere to the schedule we anticipated. I have a hard time with seeing the big picture and Tim took the time to go over the steps with me & find ways to help me visualize the design. We selected Hogan Design and Construction to complete a full remodel of our historic home. To say this was a challenging house would be an understatement. Everything had to be touched; electric, plumbing, lead paint, asbestosis, you name it we had it. We, along with our project manager Mike Martin, saw the opportunity to create something beautiful. With the assistance of Vera Design we completely remodeled the entire interior of our home. Mike was always available to us and kept in constant contact. He became part of the family and we passed most every idea by him. His knowledge of the industry helped us to understand the process and lead us through each step. We had our master bath and hall bath remodeled last year by Hogan Design and we are delighted with the finished products. The work included replacing a bathtub with a fully tiled walk-in shower, and designing and installing custom built-in linen storage. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the level of customer support was exemplary. They exceeded all our expectations while at all times being very respectful of our budget. Doug Panozzo was the project manager assigned to the project. He was great at setting our expectations and explaining the process and the timeline. Whenever there was any issue, Doug quickly resolved it. When we made some changes mid-project, Doug took it in stride, advising us on our options and any associated costs. It turned out to be a much less stressful project than we had anticipated, and we have no hesitation in recommending Hogan Design and Construction.

We contacted Hogan after seeing their name pop on several Facebook recommendation posts. We liked the idea of having a one stop shop for all our design and contracting needs. We were interested in adding on an in-law addition and were very overwhelmed on where to start. After contacting them through their website, we had connected within a few days and set an appointment up about a week and a half out. Before the visit, they requested us to fill out a questionnaire so they had a good idea of what we were visualizing, our budget, and things we valued. Brad showed up on time for our appointment and listened respectfully to our thoughts. He was friendly, informative, and helped educate us on his reasonings/suggestions. As a couple who has never done something like this before, we really respected his advice and time. He also shared with us how their process works and even gave us a "start" on what things could cost. This helped us put everything in perspective right away and gave us the opportunity to ask more questions. Eventually, my husband and I decided not to move forward with the project as we are unsure if our current house will be our forever house. We are so thankful for our experience and recommend others to reach out.

We have a beautiful updated exterior to our home with a lot of curb appeal! We get compliments from everyone in the neighborhood and everyone who sees the finish project! Hogan Design & Construction explained everything and handled all aspects of the project. After we signed the contract for the project, they assigned us a project manager, Mike, who was with us to answer questions, address any issues, checking in on the progress, and making sure things were going smoothly. As with all large remodeling ( plus adding Covid issues), things come up and it was great to have a specific contact person to handle everything for you. Due to Covid and the availability of materials, the overall project took a little longer than we had anticipated, but Hogan Design & Construction keep us updated on when the housing materials would arrive. They were right on target with estimated time to complete the project! Now, we have a 32 year old home that looks modern and new! We would definitely use Hogan Design & Construction again and would highly recommend them!

Overall there service can not be beat. Straight forward with there customers and subs that they use, making the overall process as easy as it can be for the homeowner. Hogans work is very clean and neat at all times throughout the process. The finished product is quality and incredible. I Would reccomend to anyone.

We recently added a large porch to the rear of our house, and the best decision we made during the process was to contract with Hogan Design and Construction. We worked closely with Brad Hogan to scope out and design the project, then with Doug Panozzo, HDC’s Production Manager, and especially with Johnny Vendafreddo, our Project Manager, and from start to finish, the relationship was highly collaborative and successful. Johnny’s management of our construction was top of the line, and he took great care to explain every step of the process. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and feel that we received excellent value and superior quality for our investment. I would recommend Hogan without reservation.
