Description of Work: Steve checked for openings in roof, siding and soffit where birds and squirrels were entering attic the first time he came out and patched holes. Returned later that week and replaced attic fan and sealed up entry points. Did a great job. Quoted $700 for work and returned $100. Very professional.

Description of Work: I asked to fix leak and advise if I needed new roof. Found and corrected leak. Said my roof would last 3-5 more years. Cleaned out my gutters for free. (Perhaps being nice because I had had recent hip replacement surgery - but very nice!)

+ -1 moreJason came promptly as we planned. He assessed the situation, even getting on the roof to check for any other possible storm damage. He was the only one of 3 roofers called who did get on the roof to do the most thorough inspection. We were concerned with just a rear section of the roof. Suggestions were proposed for next winter including extra vents and/or installing electrical cable. Though we are taking a wait and see approach for next winter, the price quoted was reasonable, more so than other roofers that I had questioned. If we do have a problem, I would not hesitate to call this company back.
Description of Work: I contacted G. Klemm Roofing to get an estimate on possible roof repairs due to ice dams in the winter. I was told that the foreman Jason would call and the next day we were in touch. He came out as planned and assessed the problem.

+ -1 moreUnquestionably--we would hire them again. Two men worked several days to install membrane on part and cedar shakes on a room and porch addition. They were selected by our general contractor--and we were very pleased. At completion of the job--Gerry came out with a ladder and personally inspected the room and squirted additional sealant as he saw fit. He asked use if we were satisfied--and we were. They will do the roofing on our next remodel project that will happen later this year.
Description of Work: Gerry Klemm and his men installed a cedar shake roof over a new room and porch addition.

+ -1 moreHouse painters discovered a roof leak around the chimney which had caused a plywood soffitt panel to deteriorate. I called G Klemm Roofing. They called back promptly and arranged an appointment for an estimate. They were on time, within their estimate and completely cleaned up the site when finished. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Remove and replace flashing around chimney and section of roof decking and repair and replace shingles.
