This company is amazing. They came out and replaced my flat roof and 2 skylights. I'm still very impressed by their work and their professionalism.

They were wonderful, they do great job especially for maintenance, very flexible, easy to work with.

What a great company to do business with! I'll tell you upfront (and they will most likely confirm), Klemm will probably not be the low bidder. But if you want a complete inspection of your current roof (not just a price developed from a satellite photo) and an honest recommendation as to whether you even need your shingles to be replaced, use of top quality materials, work done with their own crews and a thorough cleanup, you can't do better than G. Klemm Roofing. Those things, to me, were worth the extra money. Enthusiastically recommend.

Gerry took a look at the chimney a few weeks in advance. We were called the day before the work was done and the technician, Isidro, arrived promptly at the expected time. The work took approximately three hours. Though we were at home, Isidro understood what needed to be done and proceeded quickly. He provided all parts and equipment. He cleaned up carefully when the work was finished.

Klemm roofing proved to be the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable roofer I have ever dealt with. The work performed involved a leak situation which is always difficult to locate, the job was successfully completed in a very timely manner.

It was a free estimate. The estimate was too high. The process was easy enough. I wasn't here when they did it. I would not use them again, it was too high of a price.

I wasn't sure if we had any damage at all, but at my age, I don't climb up on roofs. Steve arrived promptly and completely inspected the entire roof of our nearly 100 year-old home. Turns out that there was no structural damage and what I was seeing was purely cosmetic. Steve thoroughly explained what he could do to repair the cosmetic damage and what it would cost if we chose to go that route. He also noted that we probably have another 5-7 years before we should think about roof replacement. You can be sure that Klemm Roofing will be my favorite to get that work.

GREAT! The crew was efficient, polite, careful (they stopped working the few times I had to go in and out of the front of the house), and, when faced with an unexpected problem (not caused by them), they rose to the occasion and took care of it.

Awesome! We live very close by so Gerry came same day to review and quote. Work was done very professionally. Our existing shingles are no longer made, but they found a very close match and you can't even tell a repair was made. All scrap was removed with no evidence of them being here. We have had numerous storms since completion and no more leak issues.

The entire experience was seamless. The crew was excellent, hard working and professional. They tarped all outside areas and made a very messy job relatively clean. They completely cleaned up around the house after they were finished. I was quoted a two day job and that is exactly what it took. The evening when the job was completed, a large thunderstorm rolled through around midnight. No leaks!

Gerry and his crew showed up right on time and started ripping two layers of old shingles off my very old roof. They worked efficiently and finished the back half of the roof in one day - then secured everything, because thunderstorms were forecast for the following day. They returned to finish the job the next day. The workers were friendly, polite and careful not to damage a flower bed in front of the house. The final price was higher than the estimate, because of all the new plywood required, but it was worth it. The roof looks great and no more worries about leaks.

I highly recommend G. Klemm Roofing. They returned my call the same morning I left the message. My roof issue was not an emergency so I asked them to fit me in whenever they could. Within about a week I got another call and Steve came out and fixed the problems. From start to finish, Steve was very professional. He called to give me an idea of what time he'd be to my home and called again when he was en route providing me with an eta. When he arrived he was very friendly and professional - introduced himself, gave me a business card; just a genuinely nice guy! While walking around the roof he narrated how he determined what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. Steve told me the cost to do both repairs and when he finished he even lowered the price because he said it didn't take as long as he originally thought. Steve also provided information on the cost to replace the gas water heater chimney/vent (it's 40+ years old and hideous-looking). Although I chose the option of just fixing the leak on the chimney vent, I will certainly use them when I get around to replacing it and I certainly will use them for any other roofing issues I have in the future.

Steve came out and did this repair on my roof and he went above and beyond. From beginning to end, this experience was great. Steve called me right away after I contacted G. Klemm Roofing to set up our appointment. He was prompt, polite and thorough. We had one area of concern, but Steve took the time to go over my entire attic and roof to make sure there wasn't anything else going on since he was already up there anyway. He did find one other issue we didn't know about and fixed that too. I feel confident that my roof got the attention it needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was with G. Klemm Roofing. Highly recommend!

After a month of trying to work with two other local resprected, recommended roofers (they wouldn't even return my phone calls), I called G Klemm. Roofer Steve got back to me within two hours and arranged an inspection/estimate for the next day. He was prompt (early in fact) and provided a fairly fast estimate of time and money. I scheduled the repair before he left. On the day of the repair, Steve was once again early, was professional and friendly, and got the job done well inside the estimated time. The final cost was also a little less than the estimate. No one wants the expense and aggravation of a leaky roof, but this repair was as painless as possible. I would certainly use G Klemm again and recommend them highly.

Outstanding customer service. Called for information on Monday, on Tuesday Jason 8:00am called and asked if he could inspect home. Not only did he inspect roof, finding two other items needing replacement -- He fixed everything on this visit.

Their price is reasonable. He is a very patient.
