They came on time, the day stated explained a few changes to fit the new and cleaned up the mess they were very efficent!

Showed up on time plus called to let us know he woudl be on time. Confirmed who he was working for and his home. Explained what he was going to do and after done how well our furnace did. Very happy with person they sent.

I appreciated the discussion with them in their office so I knew what was to be done - when, and how much. The service man was very professional- got right to it - explained what he did - was clean and neat.

Service tech arrived promptly. Quickly assessed problem & had problem solved within 20 min.

Neil Thomas is excellent. Thousands less than competition! Excellent work, reasonably priced, very nice trustworthy workers!

When I got the bill, it was substantually more than what he quoted me, but we worked that out. I bought a service contract with him; they did a furnace cleaning in October and they'll be coming back in spring to service my A/C. He was right on time to our appointments.

They picked up service from our prior HVAC company. The techs will always make sure that we're home before they come and their punctuality is very good.

The bill was higher than the estimate. After calling and arguing with manager the bill was taken down to estimate since the gentleman that was suppose to come out and do estimate never came out and had the service technician do it. The men installing the furnace were very nice and would let them do work again if they worked for a different company.

Great experience! They moved the furnace from the basement to the main level - Workers stayed busy - Answered any questions I had - Cleaned up - Would hire again -

They showed up on time (actually earlier), worked efficiently and thoroughly inspected the external and internal components. Very satisfied.

They did all kinds of plumbing work. We've had them do a lot of things for us. Their service is regular for us so we don't have any complaints at all. I kind of get a small town feel with them. They remember you and if they think that something else would work a little better than what you had in mind, they would give you their ideas too, but they listen to you as a customer. Their work is always satisfactory and their price is reasonable too.

They didn't take any shortcuts. They were efficient and on time and considerate. Very professional and good work ethic...someone you would want to hire. I would definitely give this company an A grade. We called them again a few weeks later for a pipe repair and they did a really good and efficient job of fixing that too. They get in and out and do what they need to do....very pleased with them.

It seemed to be fixed. It took me two months to pay it off. Neil Thomas called me several times asking for the money and yelling at me. I stated that his ad said they would take payments--it didn't have to be paid at time of service. As soon as I got my income tax money I paid him off. It was within two months, and I was starting to see water pool in my front yard again, in the same place as before. I called Neil Thomas and asked if his work was guaranteed. He said yes, it was -- why? I explained the problem. Within a day he had someone out at my house to fix the leak again. I was not charged for that service. Everything seemed fine, and several weeks later there was water pooling in my front yard in the same place --- again. I called Neil Thomas and explained the situation. He told me that he would need to be PAID UP FRONT before he would send anyone out to my house. I told him that this was the THIRD time I was calling to have this fixed -- his company had "fixed" it twice in the last few months and it was leaking again! He started yelling at me over the phone and told me that he needed money up front to come out to my house! I told him to FORGET it! I would call someone to come out and FIX IT CORRECTLY! I then called Kirchgessner Plumbing and Heating who came out and again had to dig up my front yard. Kirchgessner told me that the incorrect valve connections and wrong size piping had been put in place. They (Kirchgessner Plumbing & Heating) fixed it correctly. I had to pay them approx $1200. All told it cost me approximately $2600 + fees to have the guy with the backhoe come out to dig up the ground. Then I had to hire a different plumbing company to come out and fix it correctly. Neil Thomas Plumbing & Heating Inc did not fix it right even after two times of service. Neil Thomas is a rude man. I do not recommend his services if you need a job done correctly.
