Great service. Came out on a Saturday. Quickly got our furnace up and running. Professional and affordable.

They arrived earlier than expected with out calling first as promised. I had to ask them to park in my drive instead of blocking the business next door. I had to stop them from putting copper fittings directly into the existing galvanized pipes. "You have worse problems with all this old pipe" he told me. I gave them a patio block to put on the floor since they planned to set the heater directly on the bare concrete. No effort was made to center the block. It is sticking out slightly on one side with a 5 inch overhang on the other side. 2 inch pvc was used for the vent. A 2 3/4 inch hole was drilled in the side of my home. Worst of all, when I went to turn on the furnace I noticed they had forgotten to plug the hole in the chimney! 2 hours after I called, he showed up with a piece of vent with a plug taped to the end which he had to "shop" for. He slapped some tape around it and said "there you go". A few days later I received the bill. I removed the plug and mortared the hole properly. I returned the plug to their office and asked to have the owner call me. When he called, I described the problems and pointed out that I had been billed for 8 hours when the job had been completed in less than a total of 6. I thought he was going to loose his mind when I asked him to adjust the bill. I will never trust this company in my home again.

I paid the full amount the technician asked for at the time. I received another bill for 32 dollars more with no explanation. Called about it and was told they would get back to me. At this point, that hasn't happened.

They were fantastic! It was on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived within an hour of making the call. Because it was a weekend, they didn’t have all the parts in the truck. The service tech had to make 4 trips to Lowes and still only billed me for one hour of labor, because he said it wasn’t my fault he didn’t have the parts.

Called to ask availability of tech to perform service on water heater. Receptionist informed that she could not have anyone out until afternoon. I spoke honestly with her and told her that I had a competitor tell me they could be here late morning/early afternoon. She asked if I wanted the competitor or Neil Thomas to do the work. I then replied that it did not matter to me and whomever was able to arrive first could have the work. She then told me that I needed to go ahead and have the competitor do the work as she was not going to pull someone off a job for a water heater...and hung up on me!! Unbelievable. Word of mouth goes a long way in the contractor arena and you will not be receiving high marks from this customer. The owner hung up on me to boot after calling to inquire the name of receptionist and attempting to find out why I was treated as such. Now the mystery is solved because the owner not only condones such behavior, but treats the customer identically first hand.

On time - very personable - checked crawl space for any problems and checked furnace.

The business knows how to address difficult water issues. After Neil Thomas installed the water on demand (a new electrical version) the pressure needed to be increased so they trouble shot adding the pressure tank first and added the extra booster later. The fan installation was done well. A very steep roof so not easy working conditions.

They got out here in a reasonable amount of time and they fixed the problem and didn't charge us anything for it. We've used them for several years and we'll continue to. They've been a very good service.

The overall experience was very good. Jim arrived on time & went right to work with his inspection. He spent a great deal of time doing a thorough job. When he was finished he told me what he had done and that everything had gone well and we were set for the winter.
