I had four quotes. ML Home Remodeling was the most prompt and had good reviews online. Marius was able to start when I needed. Two days were spent replastering many cracks on very old walls and ceilings and the work was beautifully done. Marius was very patient as I changed my mind about color and other details. The walls and ceilings were taped, primed and painted and the work was extremely neat and clean. He even removed the old carpet for me. There was good communication and problem solving. The workers arrived when they said they would and cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely use ML Home remodeling again.

He was extremely professional he took the time to explain the work he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very punctual he was always on time. Exceptional service and top quality workmanship. It is a condo in a 1920s building, great attention was paid to restoration of trim and proper materials for the job. Work was scheduled to start and be completed within a specific (and tight) period of time to accommodate tenant move-out and move-in, and everything was finished beautifully, on time, and the condo was left in perfect condition, without a trace of dust anywhere. Highly recommend ML Home Remodeling, in fact we have already planned our next project with this company - in our own home this time.

Marius was prompt and thorough and very helpful. The bedrooms required a great deal of patching and sanding and then painting. He painted the walls and ceilings as well as the trim. He was fast and yet completed the job very well.

We had water damage on our living room ceiling and along an externally-facing wall. Marius spent approximately 8 hours over 3 days removing the water-damaged plaster, replacing the removed plaster with drywall, scraping old paint, re-plastering other surfaces on the ceiling and wall, applying primer, and repainting the entire ceiling and wall. Marius was dealing with our mostly-absentee landlord, who did not show up when she promised. Marius dealt with this like a true professional and was always punctual and ready to get started. He was very friendly, always put our considerations ahead of his (he asked us each day when we wanted him to start working), and always kept us up-to-date on what he was doing each day. I would highly recommend ML Home Remodeling to anyone in need of home repair or remodeling.

We have used Marius over the years and always return to him. He is prompt getting back to me and always on time. He works quickly and does a professional job. He is always polite and professional in his interactions with us and seems to have a personal investment in the rooms looking great. Marius has also been very patient painting color samples on the walls so that we can be confident about our choices and at times when we have changed our minds about colors once they are on the walls, he has always patiently repainted and been happy that we are happy with the outcome.

He was responsive when I called for an estimate. I interviewed a total of 4 companies. Their estimator was professional, informative, and to the point. Our interior painting turned out amazing. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Work was started on 11/10/15 and it took about 5 days to complete the job from start to finish. Marius the painter was very professional, work was done neatly and he cleaned up after himself (he was very clean and neat while working). When he came to see the job and give us a quote, he asked very specific questions about the work we wanted done. He was attentive and receptive to our wants and needs. In addition, he also gave his professional opinion about which paint to use (which we took into consideration) and what work needed to be done. We feel that he was honest and a man of his word. He started the job on time, was professional throughout the entire process, and finished the job on time. I would definitely use Marius again because he has great work ethic, many years experience and just as equally important, his quote/price was fair and competitive. Definitely got my money's worth. Marius comes highly recommended.

The painting was completed over several months while we were undertaking some remodeling projects. As rooms were being completed, Marius and his team would come to paint the rooms and the wood trim where needed. The painting jobs began in August and were wrapped up in February. I can sincerely say that Marius did an amazing job. (I can speak from experience because prior to hiring Marius, I had hired another painter to do a single room. The difference between that painter's work and the work Marius does is like night and day). Marius is always on time. He is trustworthy and is friendly to pets and kids. Marius is a perfectionist and makes sure to properly prep surfaces, taking extra care to make sure the job is done right. He and his crew are quiet (talking a bit, but if you need to work from home you will not be disturbed). Marius is respectful of your home (which is very important to me). I feel confident recommending Marius and his team to anyone, especially those homeowners who have high end homes with quality finishes.

ML did great work. He was very easy to work with and came through on all time commitments and was punctual every day. He confirmed step by step as things moved along. The preparation of the walls was done meticulously which made the end product look great. He took his time and was very detailed. It was also great that there was no mess as he cleaned up behind his work daily. I am very satisfied with the ML Home Remodeling and I will absolutely refer and use his services again.
