Marius and every one of his subcontractors were meticulous, respectful and careful with their work. I always knew the schedule for the two weeks ahead. Marius is an excellent communicator with us and his subs and he listened to our vision, even as it changed. Everyone cleaned up at the end of every day. His time estimate for the overall project was accurate and he was very pleasant to have around.

Marius and his crew were very professional, very clean, showed up on time, very good communication, very detailed….. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a detailed and neat job…. Without doubt we will hire them again!!

After the great job my floor refinisher (JP Hardwood Flooring) did, I took his recommendation to do our painting with Marius at ML Home Interior Remodeling. Glad I did! They were able to start right away, were prompt and professional, worked cleanly and took great care in protecting the woodwork and our new floors. Not a drop of paint anywhere there shouldn't be one! They also kindly put our furniture back in place when complete. Easy to work with; quietly got the job done, and with high quality. Marius did an excellent job repairing our ceiling, which was damaged from a water leak. Next he removed an in wall air conditioner and closed up the opening. Marius and his assistant, David were on time everyday. They went right to work and when they left for the day the work site was cleared and cleaned. This is the type of contractor we have been looking for. We received a written estimate, showing all the work to be done. One final note, he was done one day earlier than estimated.

Marius was a pleasure to work with. He did exactly as we discussed- painting my entire house (walls, ceilings, trim). I would hire him again and again.

Excellent. Marius shows up early, does great work, does what he says he’s going to do, and came back and finished painting our doors and trim several weeks after OUR delay. I highly recommend him.

Marius was super communicative and the thorough with his work. The job was started and finished as scheduled with everything cleaned up after completion. I had all baseboards, a hallway, all trimmings, all doors, and a powder room painted. I also had handles placed on all kitchen cabinets. I am quite satisfied with the quality of his work. Marius and the gentleman that worked with him, David, were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him!

Marius did a superb job at our home. He was prompt, courteous and probably most importantly did excellent patching and painting (the rooms look great) and was the cleanest contractor we have ever hired. I will hire him again if I need work done on my home.

Marius and his team were professional from beginning to end. As owners, we supplied most items (vanity, toilets, accessories, tiles) and Marius and his team provided the labor and installation for a powder room and guest bathroom remodel. He was able to complete the work earlier than anticipated, too, which was a bonus!

They kept everything extremely clean, masked and covered, and taped off every last nook and cranny. The finished job looks incredible. They also patched some large areas of dry wall and you can’t even tell. I don’t think you’ll find a more professional painting crew. Very happy with the beautiful new walls in my place!

Marius is first rate. He has done some other work around our condo. He is thorough, courteous and highly skilled. He is our go-to-guy for the condo because he always does it right. He doesn't cut corners. I am thrilled with the work he did on my unit. It was an extensive job (removing all lathe, window trim and drywall, tuck pointing the brick, installing moisture barrier, and reinstalling dry wall. I was overseas at the time. He sent me daily updates with photographs. The final result is superb. I would definitely hire him again.

5 star service - Very professional: Called ML home repair to inspect and repair bedroom wall damaged due to water from heavy rains (2 days ago). Marius, quoted required work: cut out dry wall, remove and replace wet insulation, repair dry wall and primer/paint whole side of wall. The day worked was performed he arrived early (which I like) to set up required equipment and make sure all my items/carpets are protected and covered. He explained in detail what work being performed at every step. I was very impressed how he was very careful to make sure not to damage and keep clean all areas. My wall looks like new. After wall with water damage was repaired and saw the excellent job that was performed I requested if he can repair another drywall in a Different room. He provided me the details on that job and we agreed to have him perform that repair as well.

Marius is IMPECCABLE -- his work is of the highest standard and he's done a variety of work for our home. without hesitation I would hire him again and again. his team is trustworthy. he truly cares about the outcome of his work. Last year we made the mistake of hiring a cheaper contractor for another job. We 'paid the price' in the mistakes, poor workmanship and mess from the other contractor. Bottom line: We have full trust in ML home interiors.

I hired ML Home Remodeling to repaint my 2-bedroom timber loft condo apartment before I moved in. Marius and his crew quoted a reasonable price, did an excellent job, and finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend working with them. Marius is very detail-oriented; unlike some of the contractors who wanted to give an estimate simply based on pictures in Zillow, he came on-site and took very thorough notes. He noted the very high ceilings, the tight spaces between some of the ceiling beams and the wall, some problems with the trimmings and places on the wall that would need additional care. His quote was comparable to the others, but I felt confident that there would not be any surprise expenses because of the care he took when giving the estimate. Once hired, he was great about keeping me in the loop and helping me make informed decisions. For example, I knew I wanted a lighter color to brighten up the space, but I wasn't sure which color would go well with the hardwood floors and exposed brick. He guided me through the process helped me pick a color that has completely transformed the place. He knew I was in a bit of a time crunch because the hardwood install scheduled before he could start had taken longer than expected. He made up for lost time by bringing in additional workers, working Saturday, and thus, finished well ahead of scheduled time. Thanks to him, I was able to move in on time. Marius has done an excellent job and it was a total pleasure working with him. He has the expertise to tackle painting jobs of any difficulty. He will listen to your requirements, help you make good decisions (if needed), and you will never have to wonder what is going on or if your project might go over budget or over time. I will definitely hire him again without hesitation.

Marius showed up the same day I called him to take a look at some walls that sustained extensive water damage after a pipe burst. He got me the price the same day and was able to perform the job over the next couple of days. Everything was restored beautifully and the paint job was very professional. I would definitely call Marius for all of my plaster and paint needs in the future.

Marius, Gabriel and Danny were a pleasure to work with. Marius first came out o look at the project and provided an estimate same day. When we agreed to work with ML Home Remodeling, Marius was able to get us on his schedule the next week. He and his team were very professional. The shower looks gorgeous. It makes our bathroom look so much brighter and bigger. The tile work was superb. I can't wait to have them do our other bathroom. They are very hard workers and do an excellent job. We are a repeat customer. He is very organized and neat.

I had four quotes. ML Home Remodeling was the most prompt and had good reviews online. Marius was able to start when I needed. Two days were spent replastering many cracks on very old walls and ceilings and the work was beautifully done. Marius was very patient as I changed my mind about color and other details. The walls and ceilings were taped, primed and painted and the work was extremely neat and clean. He even removed the old carpet for me. There was good communication and problem solving. The workers arrived when they said they would and cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely use ML Home remodeling again.
