Fantastic! The whole process was smooth. Greg met us soon after we called him. The carpet was ordered and he told us what to expect timeless. He called to set up the installation time, which also was done at our convenience and very timely. Mike, the carpet installer, was excellent. He was very professional and conscientious, and did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards, including wrapping and moving the old carpet and padding out to the curb for us. Would HIGHLY recommend Wall-to-Wall Carpets!! Very great personalized experience!!

The company did an excellent job

It went great. Greg, the owner/salesman, was awesome to work with. We'd spoken with several different companies before landing with Wall to Wall. We'd heard everything from wildly different prices to unreasonable delivery/installation dates. Greg was the complete opposite. He came out to the house with plenty of samples to choose from (on a Sunday). He also sets his pricing at a flat rate above cost so he is not pushing the most expensive options. He measured the space out in front of us so we could be sure he was minimizing wasted carpet. He placed the order for carpet the next day and kept us in the loop throughout the process. He installed the carpet the day after it was delivered. I've spent the last couple months talking to contractors and it's been a very trying process. Many of them act as if they don't want/need your business, almost like pulling teeth. Greg is the opposite. Would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to anyone who needs carpet.

Greg is one amazing person. I let him know the details of my project and he was able to help me navigate on what I should be looking for in terms of the type of padding I should install and the carpet material as well. I trust this person 100%. He is highly accurate in terms of following thru and completing the project. Greg is honest and personable. He is a gem in this industry. God bless you and your family.

Greg was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very nice and respectable to us as customers. The sales process was simple w/ Greg bring over samples and working through color choices. Once carpet and color was settled Greg installed when the order was in. Took about 2 hours and the install was perfect. We are looking forward to working w/ Greg again when we replace carpet upstairs.

We had just moved into a new house, and he took the time to walk us through all the different options and types of carpets. He was very responsive and very helpful. Greg and the Wall to Wall Carpets team were simply excellent. They really are focused on delivering a high quality product at a budget price. Although it is always nice to save money, what I really appreciated about Greg and his team, was their level of customer service. We were treated with respect and care from the get go. He came out to our house with his sample truck and walked us through his product options, which are all leading name brands but Greg really stressed that one of his differentiating points, in addition to his family style business, was extraordinarily plush carpet pad. Let me tell you, it does NOT disappoint and nor does Greg and his team! Initially he came out to our house to take measurements and because he is a former practitioner, as opposed to just a sales representative, he was able to provide us with an educated estimate on the spot. He was very transparent about what needed to be done in order to prep our basement for carpet installation and was very meticulous throughout the process. He was always very courteous and represents how things should be done in sales. We love our new basement carpet and I am comfortable recommending him to any of my friends and family! We will certainly use them again. Thank you for making us feel like family!

Greg Kowalski was great to work with. He had an entire van full of samples. I was impressed with the selection and that he had the price on all of the samples, so you knew up front how much each one was. He was very helpful in assisting us with our decision. Once the decision was made, he gave us a price, on what we wanted. We set up an installation date and he then came by again to confirm our choices. Our carpeting was installed with in a week after that. Greg was very professional, and his workers did an excellent job. After the installation was done Greg called and asked if he could stop by to view the work that was done, and see if we had any questions. At that time Greg said that if we had any issues or questions to give him a call, he always answers his phone. We apologize for the late review, we thought we had completed it before.

After I contacted Wall to Wall Carpets, Greg came out with samples of carpeting for our basement. He let us keep the samples that we had narrowed down so we could use them to help pick out our paint colors etc! What was great was that the samples had the pricing per sq. yd. which included the padding and installation so we knew exactly what the cost would be! Once we picked out the carpeting, it was available for installation within a week. We worked with Greg on an installation date and his installers were promptly here at 7:00 am. They did an absolute wonderful job! They were pleasant, courteous and efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. We absolutely love our new carpeting and Greg was fabulous to work with! We highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely be calling him again for any future carpeting needs!

From the first phone call Greg was very responsive. He came out immediately with samples and some recommendations. He measured right away and gave us a very reasonable quote, lower than other quotes we had in the past. He called the next day to let us know the carpet would be in a week and scheduled the installation for the following Saturday, that's right on Saturday or even Sunday if needed at no extra charge!!. Greg then followed up a few days later to confirm his crew would be out and approximate time of arrival. On the date of delivery his team was running a little late but Greg called first thing to let us know, when they arrived they got to work right away. His crew of guys were very polite and professional and cut and taped all the old carpet and placed by the curb for garbage removal. They moved all the furniture and placed it all back they way they found it. Once the job was complete Greg called to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for the business. We are completely satisfied with the carpet and entire process. Our home feels a lot warmer and cozier with the new carpet, we now spend family time together on the floor!

Greg and his company have done many jobs for us over the 18 years we have been in business. He is consistent on all levels of quality, price and reliability. I go out of my way to refer Greg to anyone who will listen as I know the end result will be an excellent experience. He is caring, polite and trustworthy. Outstanding.

Greg responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He brought many samples of carpets to our home and advised us on the latest trends in carpet selection. We choose a patterned cut and loop carpet. Within one week of our order Greg had the carpet and called to scheduled an installation date. Greg's two installers arrived on time at 7:30 am and the carpet was installed within two hours. The installers removed all the furniture from the room (and replaced it when finished). They removed the old carpet and padding in short order. Greg was on hand during the installation to supervise the work. They installed the new pad and carpet taking care to match the pattern at the seam perfectly. The single seam is not apparent in the least. The installers were careful not to damage our furniture, floors or walls during the entire installation. The old carpet was placed at curbside for pickup by our disposal company.

Ower came to our home with carpet samples. We picked out our carpet and it was ordered and installed the next week. The owner and a crew of three came to our home on time for the installation. They moved all furniture and pulled up the old carpet and pad, which was cut into smaller pieces and bound and placed at the curb for garbage pick up. The owner went over instructions with the crew and left to oversee other jobs. The installers were perfectionists and they did not rush the job. The crew was extremely hard working and very professional. Nearing the end of the install, the owner was called and he came back to oversee their work. The furniture was moved back into place. Moving the furniture and tear up was included in the price, All I had to do was move all breakables and take down our paintings. Top of the line padding was used, again at no extra charge. Most places we priced carpet at charged extra for demo and moving of the furniture, not to mention charging a lot more for padding upgrades. The overall job was about $2000 less than other quotes we received for the same exact carpet. This company can charge less because the owner is a contractor and works out of his home. He has been installing carpet for over 24 years. I received the same, if not even better treatment had I gone to an actual store. This company does commercial and residential carpet. They not take credit cards, but gladly accepts checks, which also keeps costs down. I will happily recommend them and will use them again when we redo our remaining two bedrooms.

I can't recommend this company enough. Greg, the owner, restretched our sagging carpet himself. He did an excellent job. The best part was his warm kind personality and professionalism. If we ever need any carpet service again we will be sure to call him.

I have used this contractor in the past for carpet installation. They were very professional, organized and punctual!! His price blew away any competitors! He basically charges his cost for the carpet and only makes money on the installation, not like the brick and mortar stores that way up charge for the carpet. His cost for the same carpet was $10 less per yard. Installation is even cheaper than the box stores and BETTER with better padding! No problems with his carpet installation, but I had him back to re-stretch my and quot;buildersand quot; carpet that I paid a fortune for and was done crappy. He fixed all their work at a fair price.

What they've done is great and they have been very accommodating to the other workers. They were great and were about 30% less than another company and that was big thing.

I spent about $1100 on that service. I think that he is great and he is very inexpensive, quick and cleans up. He is a really good guy and I like everything about him. I don’t know where he gets his carpet from, but his prices are really good. He is also always there to work it out when I need a decision on color and what kind of carpet in need, he is very helpful that way and does not over sell. The amazing thing is the prices.
