Truly professional company! From the owner Gregg who explained his background / years in the business to the awesome, respectful, hard working installers this project went absolutely perfect! Carpeting looks amazing, very happy we went with a local business.

This is the second time in 2 years that we have used Wall to Wall Carpets for our carpeting needs. We did not even consider looking elsewhere! Greg is very responsive and he took his time in helping us choose carpeting that fit our needs, in our own home where we were going to actually be using the carpet. The installation crew is excellent. They showed up on time and were very professional. They did a beautiful job! The padding is cushy and it feels so good to walk on. You won't be sorry if you use them!

This is not the first time Greg did rugs for us. We had to redo two bedrooms and hall so we knew the job would be done correct by wall to wall. Contact to Greg goes very well he gets back to you fast. Comes to your home asap and sets you up with quality pad and carpets. He works with you for a time that's good for you . The work is done with professional service to satisfy you. I am over the moon happy and I am sure if I was not, Greg would make it right. Greg (the owner) was extremely professional from start to finish. He provided a very fair estimate, with no hidden or surprise costs. Greg believes in his products, especially the padding that he uses, and did a great job of explaining the importance of using a high quality pad (which is memory foam, feels fantastic on the feet, and also has a life of the home warranty). Here’s the best part - about an hour or two after the installation was completed, Greg called to make sure that I was satisfied with the carpet and the installation. I told him that everything looked great, but there was a small 2 or 3 foot section of carpet around the fireplace that may need to be stretched a little bit more. Greg literally came out to my house WITHIN THE HOUR and took care of it. You don’t get service like that at a “big box” store. I would definitely recommend Wall to Wall Carpets, and we will be calling them back when it is time to re-carpet our living room and bedrooms!

The salesman Greg was very accommodating coming out the same day with samples giving me really good advice on what I can use to make my carpet last longer. They did an excellent job! I will recommend and use them, again.

Everything went exactly as promised! Estimated installation date was on target. Installers arrived exactly on time and completed the entire job in 2 hours!. They were polite and friendly and cleaned up very well. The owner Greg called us the same afternoon to check that everything went well. The quality of carpet, the padding and workmanship far exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend and would not get new carpet from anywhere else!

Everything went extremely well. The installers were punctual and very friendly. They did all of the heavy lifting, moved the furniture out of the areas that were to be carpeted, repositioned the furniture after the carpets were installed, and brought in the new furniture which was stored in the garage. We will hire them back in the springtime when we have the rest of the house (second floor and stairway) carpeted.

Greg did an amazing job on my carpeting. His customer service was amazing! He answered all of my questions and showed up on time to measure and when he came to install the carpet. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. His pricing is great and he uses very high quality padding. Wall to Wall Carpets will ALWAYS have my business!

It was from a new construction. I noticed that my carpets started to buckle or have wrinkles on it. He came out and saw what was going on. He spent a few hours fixing the carpets for five rooms. He's wonderful, professional, went straight to work and was great. I never had someone like this to come out. He also walked me through the end product to make sure it was to my satisfaction. He's very business-like and I would recommend him to others.

Called Greg, the owner, for an appointment; he arrived on time and brought a wide range of samples; good to see them laid out in our rooms with our lighting as opposed to in a showroom. Greg's experience was very helpful in sorting through the samples and making our selection. Installers arrived as scheduled and removed old carpet and pad which were rolled and taped for our wkly garbage pickup. Entire process of removal and installation of new pad and carpet was done very efficiently and professionally in a few hours. A week or so later we did have an issue with a seam in one room. Greg came right out, and it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with our carpet and the process of working with Greg. Would not hesitate to work with again.

Wall to Wall installed our carpet downstairs, so when we had water down there he was the only one I called. He is prompt and does a great job! When I need new carpet upstairs I'll be calling him.

They did a great job fixing the carpet. From the beginning of the process through the end, they were very timely and professional and did a great job.

From start to finish we were extremely satisfied with everything from the meeting with Greg to measure and pick out the carpet to the installation of the carpet. Our second child came a week early so we had to do some shuffling of which areas should be done first and they had no problems with it at all. They were fast and everything looked great! Would definitely hire again if needed

We had heard about Wall to Wall Carpet through a neighbor. They were happy with Greg and his team so we gave them a call. Greg would show up when he said he would show up. He owns the company and doesn’t send a salesman to oversell the carpet. We had to order our carpet from his supplier. The reason was this was new type of carpet. Greg ordered the carpet as he sat at our kitchen table. He followed up with me on multiple occasions to let me know he was “on it”. He received the carpet from the supplier, as promised, and it was installed. This all happened within 9 days!! Installers showed up on time and had the entire job done in 4 and a half hours. We could have used a big box store or one of the bigger carpet conglomerates but we chose a local guy who is honest and knowledgeable. Greg does not pressure you into buying the most expensive carpeting. He does love the padding he uses and he stands by it. Very happy with our new carpet and padding. Carpet was installed yesterday by Wall to Wall Carpets, and we love it! Greg was very pleasant to work with through the whole process and we appreciated that he was there to help us not to sell us. Greg from Wall to Wall brought a van full of carpet samples to our home. We gave him some ideas of what we thought we were looking for, and he was able to help us narrow down our decision from hundreds of choices down to a select few. At that point, he gave us plenty of time to take the samples from room to room in our home. Finally we picked the right carpet for us. Installation went smoothly. The guys were quick and skilled. The carpet was put in professionally and looks great. The only drawback is that the installers do not remove the old carpet/padding from the home. So we had a large pile carpet sitting in our driveway for almost a full week. It rained quite heavily a few times, so hauling it the curb soaking wet was not easy. Overall, we got great carpeting at a great price with great customer service.
