We called Wall to Wall Carpets on a recommendation from a friend and were a little skeptical since we had a not so good experience a few years back with another carpeting store. Greg came out the next day and brought samples for us to choose from. He is very personable and professional. Upon first impressions you instantly feel that you will be well taken care of. His crew is also very professional and respectful of your home while doing the installation. Very nice men. We would recommend Wall to Wall Carpets to everyone we know....for price and quality of carpet and also for the speediness of getting it installed. Very Happy with our choice. Excellently! Installers arrived in the time frame agreed upon. They were efficient and very professional. Cleaned everything up before they left. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process.

We moved into our new home that had terrible carpeting, i went to Home Depot and recieved horrible customer care. I was told by a referral from a friend to go to wall to wall carpets and Greg came to my house with TONS of samples and made me feel so comfortable with explaining the whole entire process of what kind of products he would be putting in my house, not to mention he gave me a free estimate and Home Depot charged me $35. I found the perfect carpeting and i am in love with the finished product. He also saved me $1,000 from what Home Depot had offered me. And the guys who installed my carpeting were very professional and polite! I would recommend him to anyone that i know that is looking to get new carpet, worth every dollar!

I worked with Greg for sales and installation. He was very polite and professional. Even though he was a little late a couple times, he always called to let me know; I think this is just as good as being punctual. There was a good variety of carpeting to chose from, and the price was very competitive. The carpet looks great, and we'd definitely use them again.

After a phone discussion on what we wanted, Greg came to our house with appropriate samples in hand. It was great to have someone bring the sample to us to see the sample against the actual walls in our family room. Instead of the 2 trips it takes to a traditional carpet dealer. We picked a carpet immediately and his price came in $500 below another quote from a local carpet shop. AND he was able to get it installed within 2 weeks. MUCH faster. His installation team arrived on time, moved all of the furniture, removed the old carpet and pad, cut it into appropriate size pieces and put them at the curb. They then installed the new carpeting perfectly. And it is beyond our expectations. The padding is soft. The seams are invisible and all lines are matching and straight.

Greg came out, measured townhome, gave me estimate. We scheduled installation and it was done in 3 hours. Carpet is beautiful, they even vaccumed!

Greg promptly returned my call, researched the carpet I was looking to install and called me back a few hours later with a quote. He did this for me even though the work that needed to be performed was outside his service area. I was able to use the pricing to compare against other providers in the area and it helped me to get better pricing. Without this information I could have easily overpaid for the same product. What a great sales experience (rare!) and conversation. I learned a lot in a short call and would like to recommend those in the south suburbs contact Greg for their carpeting needs!

Called for an estimate, Greg was able to stop by and provide an estimate on same day. Super helpful as we were in a time crunch to fix property in-between tenants. Showed me exactly what was needed, no fuss. Price was great, especially when I compare to how much I've paid in the past with other vendors. Placed the order and it arrived within a week. Installation was quick and seamless. Carpet looks great. I would 100% recommend Wall to Wall and will use again.

Very pleasant experience. We thought cost of pulling up carpet & moving furniture was high but after the experience, we could understand the fee. The men were organized & hard working.

Choosing this company was an easy one. I pulled out an old receipt from 1999 when we had them replace carpeting in a previous house. Working with Greg was easy because he's so patient and always available. There was a delay with installation due to a problem scheduling the kitchen flooring. Greg simply checked in with me now and then, and when I told him I was ready, his crew was there in two days. Ripping out the old and the installation went smoothly. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up without damaging any newly-painted walls. All furniture was moved and replaced to my liking.

Gary was extremely responsive and came to our condo the same day we requested a quote. He had excellent attention to detail and recommended a carpet padding that surpassed padding offered by other vendors. Gary was very easy to communicate with throughout the process, was very professional and very responsive to our needs. His installation crew worked quickly, but were a bit careless with moving items around our home. Overall, however, their work was excellent and they were careful to clean up afterwards and made sure our home looked great. We're very happy.

The whole job was done professionally and conscientiously. He took of shoes when entering the house ripped old carpet and pad cutting into pieces. Then cleaned wood before starting to put new pad down. Then installed new carpet. Then vacuumed the new carpet to get all little pieces. I would definitely recommend this company.
