They replied to me quickly, gave me an over the phone estimate, and showed up promptly on the day of the appraisal. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The owner, John returns calls promptly, he sent out an extremely competent appraiser to our home, Ben, and had our report completed within a few days. We received a 16 page report we can now submit to our home insurance company and get a decrease in our insurance payment. I would recommend Advanced Appraising!
