Great follow up.

I was in town to settle my brothers estate and I needed to acquire a quick appraisal for estate purposes within a short timeframe. This company provided an expedient and professional service. It was a pleasure working with John. I would highly recommend them.

He came quickly to do our appraisal and had the document prepared just as fast. He was informative and a helpful guide through the process.

I was contacted by text and email after I submitted my request to HomeAdvisor. John B. Shattuck from Advanced Appraising, LTD called me soon afterwards to discuss a day and time to accommodate my schedule and my tenants. He arrived at the agreed upon time, performed the inspection/appraisal with no adverse affect on the tenants. The details prepared in the report exceeded what I expected. John took my first call at 7am on Saturday. Set up an appointment. Called to say he d be 10 minutes late. Did the appraisal. Talked me through the process. Got me the results in 2 days. Called to explain the appraisal. Said I could call anytime with questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh, and he was very friendly.

John knew exactly what was necessary to get the job done and was very prompt getting here. He also took the time to call my attorney and find out exactly what was needed.
