 + -1 moreWe were serviced yesterday from Ron's Tidy Tank and my husband has commented at least 4 times in the last 12 hours what a great experience it was. The serviceman was very knowledgable. Prompting identified the issue and fixed it while he was there. We just bought a home and didn't have a clue about he whole septic thing but Ron's Tidy Tank made it easy. We will definitely be calling them again!!

 + -1 moreThey were great! We loved them. Our septic was filling and they came out and said, "We could tell that we could charge you $1,000 and fix this, but we can't." So they didn't charge us and that was great. Instead they referred us to somebody who replaced our septic. They didn't need to do it themselves because it was beyond their scope. I felt that they were extremely honest because he really could have said to me, "Oh yeah, you know $1,000 and we could fix your septic." and he could have done that and he didn't. So I feel really good about them. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: We had our whole septic dug up and replaced, so Ron's Tidy Tank Septic Service recommended some good people it was all taken care of.

 + -1 moreI noticed a septic smell in the home and after a bit of troubeshooting I was able to determine that the pump in the lift station appeared to be non-operational. I called Ron's mid afternoon and an ~hour later a service team was at my home. They quickly confirmed that the pump had died and offered me three options for replacement. Explained the pro's and con's of each and within 30 minutes had the new pump installed and operating. Both members of the team were very friendly, worked quickly and answered all of my questions along the way. In the past I've only use Ron's for pumping out my septic tank, a service that has gone very well, but it is nice to know that their quality service extends to the other services they provide.

 + -1 moreWe realized we had issues that morning when the toilet on our lower level was overflowing after the bathrooms upstairs had been used. We called Ron's service and they came right out to take a look at the problem since we weren't sure if the tank was full or if we had other issues. They determined there was a blockage in the pipe, and quickly took care of the issue, noting areas that may be of future concern.

 + -1 moreRon's Tidy Tank provided an excellent service and result with my septic drain field problem. They were able to quickly determine the cause of my problem and resolved the situation in minimal time and far less expensive than I expected. I was very impressed by the expertise of the personnel who serviced my septic system. They were professional, informative and respectful of my property. After determining the cause of my problem they explained what was happening, they fixed the problem and they gave me instructions on have to prevent the problem in the future. After fixing the problem they cleaned up the area and left it in excellent condition.
Description of Work: Surveyed area of septic field back up. Determined specific junction spot for drain field problem without any diagram, found stopped up area in drain field without excessive digging, removed significant tree roots from drain field. Restored area to original condition.

 + -1 moreI was overwhelmed by the speed of response and the quality of the service from the time of the first call back to the call about the promisted time of service to the work itself. They had to dig down to the tank in very wet soil and always showed a great attitude about their work and accomplished. All dirt removed was returned and no plants were harmed. In the future, anything associated with our septic system will be cared for by Ron's Service.
Description of Work: After dinner, we discovered that our septic system was not accepting anything from the household. The Yellow Pages ad for this business clearly indicated that they did not work in the dark. However, I left a message to call on their ans. service - indicating that it was an emergency because we would have to move out for the evening. Within 20 minutes, I received a cal and was told someone would be out to help the next morning and that they would call to provide an estimated time of arrival. At 8am the next morning, a call was received advising that someone had been dispatched and would be at our home by 8:30 and they were. In about 35 minutes, they were rodding from the outside into the house and unplugged an accumulation of pipe rust. Within another 15 minutes wer were back in service.

Description of Work: Had septic tank emptied and power rodded. Everything works now. I did not stick my head in the spetic tank so I hope they did a good job. Fingers crossed. Everything seemed to go smoothly. I would recommend.
