Dan was on time. Replaced the electronic Generator on my pool. The generator was still under warranty. More importantly he spent a lot of time with me giving advice on what I specifically need to do to keep my equipment running well into the future. Also what changes I need to hold down my pool chemical costs.

Dan did a great job. On time, had everything he needed and completed job beautifully.

It turned out wonderful; he came out quickly. I had company coming and he came out on fairly short notice. He did the work, even though it was raining. Which I so much appreciated. I would absolutely use them again.

Arrived on time, and gave us an estimate of $600.00. Very professional. Did their best to keep things clean. Finished the job in the time frame given. Final price was $500.00.

The gentleman who came out was awesome. They missed their first appointment, but called and apologized, they had gotten tied up at another appointment. I was very impressed with that. They asked if they could come the next day, which was fine with me. The technician arrived on time, repaired the problem, gave us some pointers on the proper usage and was genuinely knowledgeable, efficient and nice. I wasn't sure it could be repaired so they could have told me they couldn't fix it, and gotten more money for a new heater install, but they didn't. Honesty, a rare commodity these days. Their price was very fair for the work they did. All in all, it was an EXCELLENT experience.

The Fine Gas Repairs workers came on time. They were great.

The communication between Fine Gas Repair and myself was excellent. I called for an appointment and the call was returned promptly. The appointment was made and I was told that if an earlier appointment became available that they would call me, which they did. Dan came out to the house, did all the necessary repairs and explained everything that he was doing. The price that I was quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged.

I sent an e-mail to Fine Gas Repair who responded by phone the next day to ask what the project entailed. NOTE: due to high auto fuel prices they attempt to do quotes from the office for smaller jobs when possible. This is understandable considering the time and money that would be involved in traveling 30 miles roundtrip for such a small job. They quoted me $250, which was $150 cheaper than the other quote that I got where the contractor DID do an in-house estimate. Don't be fooled by "free estimate" claims, contractors build these in-home visits into their final price. If they didn't, they would lose money on every job they didn't get. Dan showed up on-time and did a great job with moving my old gas line to the new location in the kitchen. He took the time to make sure the new line was as snug to the walls and basement ceiling as possible, which will make it easier to hide when the basement is remodeled. All the pipe from the old range line was removed and prior to leaving, Dan checked all the gas lines to make sure no leaks resulted when the pipes were jostled around during the install. Two leaks were found - one near our furnace which had nothing to do with his installation. Repairing the leaks took Dan an additional hour because he took apart the connections, reapplied teflon tape to all and changed out old shut-off valves and some additional pipe to make everything fit together nicely. A refreshing thing was Dan actually asked me if charging me an additional hour of labor was fair for the extra work. He threw in all the additional materials (pipe and valves) for free.

Would not let this company into my house.

Our pool heater was not working, he came and repaired it. We were very pleased with his work. I would use him again. He was very pleasant.

GREAT GUYS. RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, DID EXTRA WORK WHEN ASKED ON THE SPOT. REPAIRS WERE DONE QUICKLY AND FOR REASONABLE PRICE. I HAVE HAD FINE GAS BACK FOR TWO MORE JOBS, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR ALL GAS-RELATED WORK.

DAN IS THE OWNER AND HE HAS A WONDERFUL WORK ETHIC; HE IS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND HIS CUSTOMERS REALLY DO COME FIRST. I WOULD RECOMMEND DAN VERY HIGHLY. IN FACT, I HAVE HIM SCHEDULED TO COME OUT NEXT WEEK AND CHANGE MY PROPANE GRILL TO NATURAL GAS.

DAN FINE IS A COMPETENT, RESPECTFUL, AND THOROUGH BUSINESS OWNER. NOT ONLY DID HE DO THE WORK HE SAID HE WOULD DO, BUT HE CONSISTENTLY MAINTAINED CONTACT WITH ME REGARDING FOLLOW UP TO THE PROJECT. HE IS EXTREMELY CAPABLE, AND WILL FIND THE ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM, OR AT LEAST TELL YOU WHERE TO GO IN ORDER TO GET IT FIXED. DAN ALSO HELPED ME FINISH REPLACING PVC PIPING, WHICH HAD FROZEN AND BROKE DURING THE WINTER. HE WAS VERY ENCOURAGING AND AVAILABLE TO MAKE THIS NIGHTMARE BEARABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY GAS-RELATED WORK. HE WORKS ON GAS FIREPLACES/GRILLS AS WELL. I WILL KEEP HIM AS A RESOURCE FOR ALL MY HEATER AND HOT TUB PROBLEMS. THANKS, DAN! FABULOUS!
