Description of Work: We purchased new windows through Brookside for my mom's home, and they were prompt courteous and answered all of our questions. The price was fair, and they made the process seamless. They were in and out, and met/exceeded out expectations.

Description of Work: Brookside did my gutters, fascia and 2 casement windows as well as some other maintenance around the roof on my house and garage. They did a great job, the workers were great guys and easy to talk to and ready to answer any and all questions. Then Brookside came back out to install 2 doors and a screen door. Bogdan, his lead guy is outrageously good at what he does and takes great pride to do a good job. He pointed out very graciously the terrible job that was done on my windows and doors by the previous owner. In short Eric the lead contractor is a great guy as well, very amicable and definitely pays close attention to one's needs. I would most definitely do business with them in the future, they're spot on!

Description of Work: I bought a Brookside Angie's deal for $975 in late January for 100 ft of gutters. Eric Peck contacted me and we set up a date for him to come to my house and see what was needed. He estimated that I would need more than 100 ft. The extra amount would cost an additional $625. We agreed that the work would not be done until the weather conditions improved. The gutters were installed on May 2,2016. His workmen arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that was made. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Brookside installed 14 windows in our home. We used them on a similar window project 16 months earlier so we were expecting good work at a reasonable price and we got it. We chose premium Marvin wood windows to replace the original windows in our 100+ year old home. We are delighted by the high quality of the product. We did our homework so we know that you can pay much more than we did if you want great windows.

Description of Work: Had my downspouts replaced. I paid for the service in October but the gutters were not installed until the end of March 5 months later. Not a peep out of them until a couple of days before installation. I suspect they got more business from their Angie's List special than they could really handle. In all fairness, the downspouts look good and were done in a day with no trouble to me. I didn't even have to be at home. So, if you're not in a hurry, they did do a good job.

Description of Work: Installed siding on garage. Garage has attached shed and it was also sided. Replaced aluminum fascia on garage. Capped four posts with trim, window and service door as well. Replaced two downspouts. | |Everyone we dealt with from this company was professional and hard working. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with Brookside. After having all of my second floor windows replaced by them last year, I had Eric back to replace my back door and storm door. I received estimates from several companies, Brookside was in line with the other estimates. My old door was a complete mess - odd size, cut poorly, installed poorly and extremely drafty. Not only are the Brookside installed doors very good quality, the installer did an amazing job with the fitting and leveling. The doors look amazing, I couldn't be happier (or warmer!). Eric is very personable as was the installer who did an awesome job!

Description of Work: Remove and replace six double hung windows and one glass block window. Nice clean installation by professionals. Time will tell how the windows hold up. It's only been a few weeks.

Description of Work: Signed contract November 4 2015 no contact since then.After holidays going to start asking questions. Will rate after work that's already been paid for is finished. Overall rating of D was mistake. I'll rate B this time only because it's a required field. Can't give an honest rating until they have done the work. Brookside has contacted me and will do the job ASAP. .When work is completed, I'll give my rating.

Description of Work: They completely gutted our existing kitchen. New floors, walls and ceiling, electrical, cabinets, sink, and countertops. We hit a few unexpected snags and old code violations, but they worked with the village inspectors to both their and our satisfaction. At times they were a little difficult to contact and get responses, but for the most part everything was done according to our requests.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from the company. They responded and it turns out they can't do what I was needing. I am requesting a refund.
