Description of Work: Hooked up my VCR/DVD Player to big-screen TV, changed cables b/t TV and sound bar and Dish receiver, which required adjustments to TV bracket, and showed me how to set up the wifi for my computer.

Description of Work: Paul contacted me back promptly to arrange appointment. (I had to remember to check my Angie's List emailbox for messages.) Moved my old heavy TV off its stand and set up a new flatscreen in its place; hooked up other video and audio devices, and walked me through some future device connections I will make myself. Everything went like a breeze. I know it wasn't the most terribly complicated setup, but I just wanted it done right and quickly! I will definitely keep them in mind for when I next need a more elaborate setup!

Their prices were somewhat high but have superior service. Sometimes the cost is worth the solution!!! These guys knew what they were doing every step of the way. I would recommend them at the drop of a hat:)

Description of Work: Paul leads a solid team. We had a difficult single stud TV wall mount to install as the first challenge. The directions were poorly written, images were poorly illustrated and assembly was difficult at best. This led to frustration on everyone's part; however, Paul's determination, collected demeanor and expertise prevailed and a difficult install resulted in an excellent installation! The second install was standard and was completed with ease and the same level of professionalism. We would certainly use Acoustical Vision again and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional A/V installer.

Description of Work: Paul and Sam came and installed some home audio equipment for me. They worked dilligently and were able to overcome most all problems/troubleshooting that needed to be taken care of. I will be using them again if I need audio or video equipment hooked up.

Description of Work: 1. Called to make an appointment. 2. Came home from work to meet him for the quote. 3. After waiting 20 mins, called to make sure he was still coming. Claimed he completely forgot, but would be on his way. 4. Call 5 mins later to say he can't make, let's reschedule. I say no thanks. If you can't keep appointments, do not make them- twice.
